Very nice renovated townhouse with sea view

Very stylish and renovated townhouse with lovely lake views. The house has a perfectly located just 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Spain. The house has 3 floors with 3 bedrooms with AC, 3 toilets, 2 patios as well as 2 balconies. The house is located in a private gated community with extensive green areas, 4 magnificent pools, tennis courts and nice gardens. Alicante is only a 15 minute drive away and 10 minutes from the airport. 2 minutes walk to nice restaurants.

This is my best experience on Airbnb😍 The house is just incredible, fully equipped with everything you need (there is even parchment paper and paper towels in the kitchen). In addition, it is very, very clean! I felt like I was at home, not in a rented house. It is obvious that everything is done with soul and love. The city itself is very beautiful. The balcony is incredibly beautiful, we enjoyed these views every day. I’m very grateful for your attention to details, such as washing powder or spices in the kitchen, everything is so well thought out, it is amazing. Thank you very much! Our stay at Sea Dreams House in Benidorm was fantastic! Maria is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, nothing too much trouble! We had a small issue with shower being cold, a call to Maria and she was there in half an hour problem sorted, she really is a 🌟! The house is beautiful and as described, it smelt so incredibly clean on arrival, bed linen fresh and crisp, it is in a lovey peaceful area with a fantastic white sandy beach just across the road. The house has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay for bigger groups, there were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. We were lucky with weather so could make the most of the garden furniture and BBQ. There is a fully stocked drinks fridge (payable) which is handy on arrival,but we did a home delivery order with Mercadona so had all food stuffs delivered to our door! Would not hesitate to recommend this property!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante

Lovely house in the old town

Angieszka was a fantasic host who responded to emails almost immediately and was VERY helpful by giving clear check-in instructions and recommendations for the area. The house itself couldn't be more perfect, I didn't want to leave at the end of my stay! The house is about a 90 second walk to the beach, two minutes to the main road that takes you to many of the local businesses. The supermarket was walkable (about ten minutes) and the are many stores along the way that you can use to purchase just about anything you'd need for your stay. Upon check-in, the house was in immaculate condition, wifi worked well, LOVED the rooftop area and the smaller balconies as well. The surrounding neighborhood was SO quiet, clean and safe, I LOVED just walking around the streets of the old town, always felt safe, couldn't get enough of the small, winding streets. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend Angieszka's place, she's a great host, 10/10!!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

We had a great stay at Peter’s place. The communication with Peter was great which made the check in and check’ out process very easy. The villa had all the amenities you would need and we especially loved all the outside space and the privacy of the property. There are numerous bars and restaurants within about 20-25 minute walk and the beach was just a 5 minute stroll away. I would highly recommend this property and hopefully we will stay again in the future.

A little piece of heaven , with your feet in the water. We stayed at Davinia's place for a week. The accommodation is super clean , very tasteful decoration. Everything is organized so that nothing is lacking . In addition, full of care. Direct access to a very quiet beach that is cleaned regularly. We had a great time there, we highly recommend it, it's perfect.
