(Twin villa, shared garden) Very close to Akyarlar and Karaincir Beaches (400/ 600m, 5/ 8 minutes’ walking distance to each). Baby & children friendly. A cozy and bohemian place for art and culture lovers. Art House sits in a beautiful area. It is a 5 minutes walk from local shops including a delightful bakery and 10-15 minutes walk from beaches. Easy access to public transportation to city center, airport and other attraction areas. The walls are covered by oil paintings. It has everything you need for a stay. My studio is wide open. If you want, you wellcome to create art works.

Hello,If you have any question about house please ask me! Sea is by walking approximately 700-800 meters.House is 85 Meters and 2 +1 rooms.There are lots of groceries around home. Pool is open season time.(15June-15 September) It is rule of Airbnb in Turkey like hotel.
