Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

The place and the view are amazing and exactly like the photo’s. Dimitris is super kind and super friendly and was very helpful. We had a few really nice days. We were unlucky with a party/wedding in the area and motorbikes driving by the house, but we guess that could happen anywhere. Definitely recommend this special place on a walking distance from Zia

We definitely recommend this stay. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. We were able to park our car right out front, and the second car a short 2-min walk away. It felt very safe. It was very charming and as described. The host was very responsive and provided us with some recommendations for our day trip to Kos.

The house is in a very nice place in Eski Datça. If you want a slightly more tranquil vacation, this is a private space for you. The garden and pool were lovely. It was very close to very nice places in Old Datca. It was not very close to the center but it took 6-8 minutes by taxi. The only thing missing from the house was WiFi, in my opinion, everything from its cleanliness to its facilities and its calmness to its decoration was very good

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern and great furnished apartment, exactly our taste. The amenities were sufficient for the stay. During the stay, the apartment was cleaned once, towels and duvet covers changed. A car is recommended to reach the property and the surrounding villages. We were lucky enough to meet Fofi. A very warm and accommodating hostess who responds super quickly to concerns :) We would come back any time and had a great vacation.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

For the first time in a long time, we left so satisfied.

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to unwind. We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

This is such a little gem of a place that I almost hesitate to write this review. Gumusluk is one of the few places on the Bodrum peninsula that still feels genuine and peaceful - almost exclusively a Turkish resort. And this place is quintessential Aegean - small but very functional inside, lovely bathrooms, amazing terrace with the sea literally lapping just below and history all around you. It is surrounded by fish restaurants which we thought might be super noisy but generally you feel quite private and it was never overwhelmingly loud. Head over to Rabbit Island to see the ruins. Be sure to go up to the weekly Gumusluk market on a Tuesday - amazing produce and wonderful local vibe. Loved our little sojourn here and Guray was a very communicative host.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

Unbeatable location! This place is just steps from old Datca - great access to restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The garden area is beautiful and the flat itself super charming and well equipped. Tolga is also a wonderful host - very responsive and gave great advice. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend!

to come home, you pass through authentic basement streets and finally reach the basement house to the historic 180 years the door welcomes you to the sounds of music and a glass of wine in the garden with fragrance. every corner of the house is authentically furnished and very clean ☺️😍 the kitchen is all thought out that meets your needs at first being in the middle of the city, being able to reach the sea everywhere is a very convenient house to plan your day you eat your own dinner in the garden this house we stayed in is very close to bars music and entertainment start at 10 o'clock at night you want to stay in a house that loves fun at night and is not far away, it is a very pleasant place thank you so much to the beautiful host, Ms. Bahar, who brought us together with such a house and made us feel at home and I'm telling everyone it's a privilege to stay here 🩷🩷🩷

This Airbnb in Bodrum was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever stayed. The location is great; quiet and peaceful, but very close to the center of Bodrum and the beaches. The house is modern and comfortably furnished, with a large and bright living area. The beds are quite comfortable and everything you could need in the house has been considered. The garden area was also lovely, perfect for cooling off, especially on hot days. The host was incredibly hospitable; he made us very happy with his attention throughout the stay. I felt very comfortable and at home during my stay here. An ideal place for those who want to explore Bodrum or just relax. I definitely look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone!

Nice apartment in great location 2 minutes walk to restaurants, shops, beach. Good communication and instructions and flexibility when we had to change our dates. We enjoyed our stay!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Tracey and Birol’s apartment very much! The location is super great and the apartment itself is very clean and cozy, with everything you need. Definitely would want to come back to this place for another stay here in Bodrum.

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

The appartement made our stay in Kos wonderfull. It was clean, had everything we needed (incl towles, Nespresso machine and soap/shampoo), the view from 2 balconees was breathtaking and the location was also great. The contact with Giannis was easy going and he was helpfull. This is an Airbnb that we will reserve again when going to Kos.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

It was very positive that I encountered this house on the first Airbnb experience. When we stayed for a family, everything we needed was in the house. If I come back to the same area, I would definitely not look elsewhere.
