We will be pleased to welcome you in our villa in Bodrum Gürece, which is made of complete stone and has all the household items carefully prepared inside and outside. Our villa is located in the center of Bodrum in 15 minutes. Turgutreise 5 min. Ortakente 5 min. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. It is 150 meters from Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is zero. Never used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system available.

The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

In a central location , if you stay in my apartment you will be close to everything as a family. Turgutreis is one of the second largest residential and favorite holiday spots of the Bodrum peninsula. About 2 kilometers long, Turgutreis beach is among the best of Bodrum beaches. In the evenings, you can have your dinner by watching the most beautiful sunset in Bodrum. Transportation from Turgutreis to other towns of Bodrum easy and close by. You can easily visit the entire basement.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There's a portable fan in the small room. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

There was all the necessary stuff for the house. Ms. Filiz has thought of everything from shampoo, shower gel, roll napkins, hair dryer, hanger, etc. to kitchen supplies. There were also basic needs such as pots, pans, oil, salt, sugar, etc. in the house. This way, we had the chance to make our own food with minimal shopping. Turgutreis is close to the marina, the area is suitable for parking and the house was clean. Finally, the house is full of beautiful paintings by Ms. Filiz and her friends. We felt like we were in an exhibition hall inside the house. My favorite was the Van Gogh mural in the kitchen, I found it really impressive. We were very pleased with our stay, it was enjoyable, thank you and we recommend it :)

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

It was one of the best Airbnb I've ever had. Ms. Şebnem is very interested. The house was very clean and very tidy. If you come to the Bodrum region, you can stay peacefully at Ms. Şebnem's house.
