Vacation rentals with a pool in Akyarlar

The place and the view are amazing and exactly like the photo’s. Dimitris is super kind and super friendly and was very helpful. We had a few really nice days. We were unlucky with a party/wedding in the area and motorbikes driving by the house, but we guess that could happen anywhere. Definitely recommend this special place on a walking distance from Zia

Wonderful stay in Selma's house, large, beautiful, very well decorated and very pleasant to live in: shade, pool, terraces, magnificent view and quiet environment. The house is very close to the city center but the path is very steep. We would recommend this house!

The villa was incredible—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

We LOVED our stay with Anne Marie. The home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and comfortable. And Anne Marie was a great host from start to finish. Our little family of 4 (kids 12 & 14) only used 3 bedrooms and couldn't use the lovely pool as it was too cold, but the sea was very nice for a kayak. Not very close to grocery stores. Gorgeous sunsets every night from various areas around the property.

A lovely apartment with beautiful grounds and swimming pool to enjoy during the day. Turkbuku sea front with its restaurants and bars only 5 minutes walk away Steve and Melike were perfect hosts helping with any questions or issues. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely stay again when we return to Bodrum.

The panoramic sea view from the terrace? Unreal. Every morning felt like waking up in a magazine spread. The pool area was our private paradise — we spent hours sunbathing, sipping wine, and feeling completely at peace. Inside, every room was spacious, stylish, and air-conditioned for absolute comfort. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Taner Bey himself. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to making us feel welcome made all the difference. He arranged everything we needed, responded instantly to our messages, and made us feel like VIP guests from beginning to end. 🥳🥳

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Basaks! She was absolutely wonderful to communicate with and everything was very clean and exactly how it’s laid out on the listing. Great area, make sure you rent a car as the place is on a hill, so it’ll make it easier for you to get around etc. 10/10 recommend.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We had a great stay at Pawel’s AirBnb, Super easy getting to the place as he helped us find a transfer, Easy flexible check-in. The apartment was perfect for me and my boyfriend, size suited us fine and had everything we needed. Couldn’t complain! Little supermarkets were about 5 mins walk away and there was a big one about 15 minutes walk away! Nice little beach was also a 5 minute walk away. We cycled everywhere, the bike rental place was a minute walk away from the apartment, so for us the main town and the other beaches were about 15 mins away, you could walk to the town from the apartment but would be 30 mins but it is a nice walk along the beach and marina. Beatiful place overlooking mountains and ocean. Renting a car is definitly recommended. Using google translate from English to Turkish and vice versa is a must. Thanks for a beatiful and memorable stay!
