Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion as we came from all directions. It was super easy to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is within 5 minutes' walking distance, perfect for trips to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it very much and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely inhabited such a well furnished AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger, especially in summer, or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because it was very nice weather, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger fenced garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is amazing!

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Especially nice: dogs are welcome! I would be happy to book again anytime – highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing holiday at Stephan's apartment. The peace, tranquility and wildlife were perfect for us and we spent so much time outside in the garden. We especially loved the swimming pond which had 3 large fish in it. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. Easy to walk straight into the forest or down into Strullendorf. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely AirB&B. Stephan was very friendly and replied to messages very quickly.

As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the place is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - those were our highlights! Also important: The pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighborhood cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We were in Tiny House Main Apartments for the second time. The view and the feeling directly on the Main is really very relaxing. The surroundings are quiet and you can quickly get to Würzburg and Schweinfurt by car. Of course, everything is very small, but sufficient for two people with a dog for a few days. The sauna is great, we enjoyed it very much in the evening with a view of the Main. Thank you very much

Our stay was great! The place was extremely clean and everything we could have needed was provided. The kitchen was small but perfect for a few days with a fridge and small dish washer. The parking in front was also very nice to have! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment seemed as it has had a brand new renovation, and was very clean. The beds were good, and so was all furniture. The local Wirtschaft is a good place to enjoy a local lunch or dinner.
