Shamila and Yvan are incredible hosts, who made us feel like home during our stay. We are very grateful for the time spent there, we feel like we became friends and, definitely, it will remain as a highlight of our trip. The house and its surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and private, while still super easy to get around. It's well equipped, comfortable and has got everything one needs for longer stays. We can't thank Shamila and Yvan enough, wish them the very best and look forward to book again on a next trip to Sri Lanka. Really recommend! Five stars!

I highly recommend Kalava Villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and memorable getaway in Sri Lanka. I had the most perfect stay at Kalava Villa in Ahangama, Sri Lanka. The villa itself was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, cozy, and the perfect place for relaxation. Every moment spent there was peaceful and rejuvenating. The services provided at the villa were top-notch. From the in-house massage services to the café and grocery access, everything we needed was readily available and made our stay even more comfortable. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Anooma, the housekeeper. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From the warm welcome to her constant attentiveness, her hospitality made a big difference in our experience. Dear owner, you are truly lucky to have someone like Anooma as part of your team—she is a gem!

We stayed at Ann’s apartment for two nights and had an amazing experience. The place was spotless, the view was stunning, and we had all the privacy we needed. The Indian restaurant downstairs was a hidden gem—we only discovered it on our last night, but the food was absolutely incredible. Wish we had tried it sooner!

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Lankari. The house is lovely surrounded by nature. I could see stars at night and hear sounds of birds in the morning and during daytime. I needed this kind of runaway from big city to the nature. The only thing I was bothered by are mosquitos. The owner was in touch and communication was easy and friendly. I would recommend the villa for those who needs escape to the nature.
