Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ahangama

I would recommend. The owner being very supportive during the check-in process also invited people to take our luggage for us. Rooms are clean and I would say a great experience overall. Great location though not on the main road but you got monkeys, lake view and tranquility. Walkable distance to great restaurants.

What an amazing experience! This was probably our favorite stay not only in Sri Lanka, but also in many other countries we’ve visited! From the moment we entered Amila’s house, we were surrounded by such incredible hospitality, that’s it’s hard to put in words. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful with everything we needed - he even went an got us some king coconuts! The place is stunning and very well maintained. It’s located in a peaceful and tranquil area, very green and lush. The villa is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The bathtub with the view of the field and the pool is especially precious! We wish we could’ve stayed for more! One day at Amila’s place made us feel so relaxed and happy, that’s we will definitely come back to stay again when we’re in the area! Thank you so much for being an incredible host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beautiful villa!

The villa is just amazing! And so is the front/back yard. You get into the house, and it just fees right. The place is very clean, everything is literally new. A manager welcomed us. He was super friendly and spoke to the point. And after that nobody bothered us. Nobody came to check on us. We just asked how to take out the trash and did it on our own. This is what privacy is all about. The internet speed is 150+ Mbps which is really enough. Thanveer hooked me up with a local bike rental company, and they provided us with a few cool bikes for a reasonable price. Any question? The response would always be prompt and on point. This place is one of those rare cases when the actual reality exceeds your expectations! My family is super grateful for such a warm stay as we happened to be the very first guests!

My husband and I accidentally double booked Kasun’s place due to a server error. We only realised this happened when we were checking in. Kasun understood when we explained the situation and provided partial refund, and he mediated with Airbnb for the remaining refund. The property itself was in a beautiful location, Would recommend to those who likes nature and wants a relaxing and a private time. Also has a pool with a great view. The staffs were lovely; welcomed us with a drink and helped carry our luggage to our room. They have a restaurant in the same premises and also did room service when we requested. Smaller vehicles are ok, big vehicles are not recommended as the pathway to the BnB is quite narrow. All in all good stay.

Absolute Paradise in Madiha! Our family of nine spent two blissful weeks at this stunning beachfront villa. The location was paradise—steps from the beach, where we watched turtles swim daily. The staff made our stay unforgettable: Charith (manager) ensured everything was perfect, Amila (chef) cooked incredible meals—fresh grilled fish and prawns, sublime curries, and delicious breakfasts, all served under the pandanus trees. Tharu arranged seamless travel and excursions. Every request was met with warmth and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. We were treated like family. The villa’s serene setting, combined with exceptional service and mouthwatering food, made this a dream holiday. We can’t wait to return!

A beautifully designed house, directly on the sands of a lovely quiet beach. Perfect for swimming, surfing or snorkeling! Views of the ocean can be seen from every room in the house. Our highlights were afternoon drinks in the pool, and champagne in the hot tub of an evening. The house is immaculate, and the staff are so attentive. The chef is fantastic, best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka! The house is walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and the very popular ‘Doctors House’. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The perfect villa in wonderful surroundings a short Tuktuk drive away from the beaches and restaurants. The villa is beautiful with manicured gardens and an inviting pool. All modern conveniences are provided as is a friendly house keeper who keeps the place clean and tidy. The owner is extremely responsive and has great recommendations in the local area- nothing is too much trouble and we are grateful for the warm welcome we received. 100% recommend - hope to go back!

The stay was very pleasant and far more enjoyable than we expected..the place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed..The stay is situated in a secluded area so it’s really private..The room was more beautiful in real life than in pictures..There were many fruit trees surrounding the area and it was a beautiful view from the swimming pool.. Coming to the precious part of the stay , The Host At the very sight , he was very humble and accommodating..We had very good talks with him..He was very knowledgeable and he was very happy with sharing information about History of Sri Lanka..His food was really tasty..From the time we entered the stay to the time we departed , He made us really feel like Home ..Would definitely recommend the stay to anyone who likes being around nature and a Man who loves nature as his own child..
