We had fantastic time in the house. Esteban welcomed us and showed us around the house. We were offered sweet grapes from Totana. Combination of a swimming pool and hot tub is great and we enjoyed it. The place was quiet. The mountains are just around the corner.

Olivier is an amazing host, very attentive and considerate. We had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful family break, lots of rest and relaxing. Kitchen was well stocked and equipped for preparing big family meals. There is an impressive attention to detail throughout. We are looking to return to the villa, it was a perfect family retreat. Peaceful enough to get teenagers to interact with family!

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

Paul was the perfect host helping us to have a wonderful week in his beautiful villa. We arrived very late at night and the tea, coffee and milk were very welcomed. The villa is amazing and the photos, even though they are beautiful, do not do the villa justice. We appreciated the new hot tub and it was perfect to sit in it late at night star gazing. Thank you Paul for a truly perfect, peaceful holiday.

We didn't want to tell anyone about this place because it's so perfect! However, Mamen was such a great host that we wouldn't dream of not reviewing. Where to start.... the apartment is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Everything you could want. The area; I've travelled the south of Spain widely over the past 20 years and I can honestly say Isle de Fraille is one of the most beautiful areas I've been to. The apartment is high on a hill looking down to some rugged coastline, a fantastic golden sand beach with shallow water - great for swimming, snorkeling etc, out to the deserted (except for sea birds) island of Isle de Fraille, and one of the many swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool. The local town of Aguilas, just a short drive away, has a unique seafront setting and promenade, a beautiful, exotic mini botanical garden plaza, and loads of great restaurants and bars. Recomiendo al 100% la casa de María Victoria. Está muy bien ubicada y en un entorno tranquilo que invita al descanso. La vivienda ha sido recientemente reformada (esto ya es personal pero nos ha encantado el “estilo” y decoración del piso y ciertos elementos como los techos con vigas) y está completamente equipada, lo que la hace ideal también para estancias largas. La comunicación con María Victoria tanto antes como durante la estancia ha sido muy buena, además nos ha parecido una anfitriona muy detallista y atenta ya que el día de la llegada nos encontramos con unos detalles de bienvenida que valoramos mucho ¡Una experiencia muy positiva de principio a fin!

Apartamento muy bonito en Carboneras, con una terraza increíble con vistas al mar para disfrutar de unas cenas a la fresca. El alojamiento es muy fiel a las fotos, y es muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar por si no apetece salir todos los días fuera. Baño bien equipado. Todo muy limpio y con buen aroma a suavizante. En cuanto a M Angeles, muy atenta, responde rápido y muy flexible con la hora de entrada y de salida. Nos encantará repetir ☺️

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en un fantástico lugar y la casa con todo lo necesario y en inmejorables condiciones, muy recomendable y sin duda repetiré se está muy bien. Los dueños muy amables y el trato a sido un encanto.

Pasamos una Nochevieja varias familias y dos niños. La casa estaba impecable, limpia y ordenada, es muy amplia y cuenta con baños suficientes. el salón y la cocina permiten la interacción y las reuniones de amigos que es lo que buscábamos. Además el detalle de la decoración navideña le daba un toque hogareño que agradecimos mucho. La chimenea también contribuye a esto. Zona súper tranquila y adecuada para los niños ya que no hay tráfico y sí una cantidad enorme de aire libre. Las terrazas tienen unas vistas increíbles. El pueblo está lo suficientemente cerca por si se necesita cualquier cosa. En fin que estuvimos muy bien y lo pasamos mejor todavía. Gracias M. dolores.

Lugar perfecto para pasar unos días de descanso. Está al lado de todo y la vez es muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Todo genial. El trato con Thérèse ha sido muy agradable y cercano. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y las fotos hacen total justicia a lo que es realmente. A pesar de que los inquilinos anteriores dejaron el apartamento más tarde de la hora prevista, el alojamiento estaba bastante limpio y ordenado. Totalmente recomendado!

What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

Situé à deux pas du désert de Tabernas et de merveilles côtières, nichée près de Lubrin, une cortijo idyllique idéale pour se ressourcer entre farniente et découverte de la nature. Entourée d’une nature luxuriante et d’animaux de compagnie amicaux qui rendent visite, cette ferme andalouse est un petit havre de paix qui, bien équipée, rangée et propre, témoigne d’une réelle attention à tous les détails du quotidien. Et, très vite, on se sent chez soi ! Tout le mérite revient donc à Sarah, hôte aussi discrète qu’attentionnée. Chaudement recommandé.

Firstly we would have no hesitation returning ,close to port 5 mins walk ,5 mins to beach and there is also bolnuevo beach 10 mins drive ,park beside the mushroom shaped stones ,lots of restaurants to choose from ,lovely communal pool also ,overall a very lovely welcoming spanish couple thank you from Carolina and Esteban

La casa es una pasada, igual que el emplazamiento. El pueblo de Mojácar nos sorprendió gratamente, es precioso. Buscábamos tranquilidad para pasar unos días en familia junto al mar, y eso es precisamente lo que obtuvimos.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. El sitio es muy tranquilo, cómodo para moverse. Tienes la playa a 10 minutos andando. El alojamiento estaba tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y todo muy nuevo. Con todo lo necesario para una estancia y más. El trato con ellos fue muy fácil, siempre atentos y respondiendo muy rápido. La terraza es enorme y es un plus. Hicimos gran parte de la vida en ella. Muy recomendable.

Apartamento comodisimo, limpio y perfectamente ubicado. Repetiremos sin duda.

Javier was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. He was always quick to respond and offered valuable advice and support whenever we needed it. His property exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the listing suggests. The cactus garden is beautiful, and the natural pool, nestled right along the coast, is the perfect spot to unwind. A short path leads to a secluded bay where you can snorkel and explore vibrant coral reefs. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from beach towels to a Nespresso coffee machine and even a blender. I can’t recommend Javier’s place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem, and I’d love to return someday.
