Loved my stay here- didn’t feel like a rented apartment felt very homely, and the view is incredible. I would go back.

It's perfect, the beach is very close on foot, the shops are at the foot of the residence, the pool is perfect, the area is very nice, the accommodation is super nice, well oriented, sun from morning to night.

We had a minor issue when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted. The apartment was very comfortable and the outside space was perfect for us.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

We stayed during very hot and windy days. We enjoyed the super modern fans without even turning on the air conditioning, which is still efficient and proportionate to the size of the apartment. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and the smart TV. Comfortable beds. We ate on the balcony at sunset. Very nice. And finally we enjoyed the pool when the sea was rough. Finally, we went to Monsul in just over an hour. Very special place, it was worth it. We were really happy!

I stayed 5 weeks in May in Salvador's apartment and it corresponds in every way to what I was looking for to enjoy the setting and work at the same time. A real slice of heaven to come and enjoy on vacation or on weekends, and also ideal for digital nomads. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos, beautiful swimming pool in the residence, beaches and bars/restaurants within walking distance in 5 mins, secure parking in the basement, elevator, quiet in this period. Go with your eyes closed! I will be happy to go back, a real favorite for the place and the region.

Everything works well for us except the AirBnb booking process which was an obstacle course. Kris gave us helpful advice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Carmen is a lovely host, she was always attentive to us. On the day of check-in we were quite late, however he was there for us until 2 am to open the garage door. A very pleasant experience! Excellent!

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

AJ is responsive and clear, his apartment is equipped and well arranged, and contributes a lot to the quality of my sports stay. Well located because you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach!

It is highly recommended if you are looking to rest a few days away from the hustle and bustle and crowds. The parking spot is a plus that is greatly appreciated. I would emphasize the cleanliness and that the apartment has everything you need. The deal with Maria was excellent, attending to our inquiries and pending in case we had any needs. The pool and air conditioning have been fundamental to spending a few very pleasant days of rest. Very comfortable beds.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

Apartment in a good quiet place good pool all good

She was very flexible with check-out and check-in times, and that's very much appreciated. Very attentive and helpful. She was very kind and recommended places to visit and restaurants to go to. The area is very quiet and familiar. There is no noise at night and in summer there are very nice and pleasant night stalls to visit. There is a water park nearby. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. It has basic utensils and they left us shampoo, gel, toilet paper and a long etc; even cold bottled water🤩. The bed is very comfortable and they make you feel at home at all times. We are very grateful and will definitely try to come back! Thank you very much for everything.

A really lovely apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, superb views and large terrace. Easy, secure underground parking. Pedro who looks after check in/out was outstanding, responsive to any questions we had. He walked us through the apartment on check in and made it obvious that he was available for any problems at any reasonable time. We have had a perfect holiday ! Thank you, Brezo 😊

The accommodation is just as described and seen in the photos. The pool is perfect for swimming in early June. The accommodation is clean and tidy and in very good condition. Highly recommended.
