We stopped here for one night after landing in San Jose on our way to the next location. The driveway was a little intimidating (we did it in the dark) but doable. María was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in, and the space was clean and comfortable. The views were incredible, overlooking the city was a pretty surreal welcome to Costa Rica!

Bernd Y Irmgard were wonderful hosts; very accomodating and easy to talk to. The apartment was exceptional and very nice. They gave me directions to the grocery store and other locations. Their hosting was outstanding and would definitely stay with them again. They are definitely 5-star airbnb hosts!!

I had a great stay here. The kitchen had everything you could wish for, there was not one but two coffee makers and a blender. The private garden was nice and I enjoyed making use of the pool and gym. The only slight downside is that there are a lot of dogs in the building so it is inevitable to hear a bit of barking, but other than that it was a perfect place to stay in San Jose!

Great stay. Only advice would be to clarify the. access to the apartment before hand. We got locked out once. But a great place to stay with very good restaurants around. very relaxing.

Angelita's listing is exactly as described. My wife and I are very comfortable staying at the house. We have everything we need to make our stay a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is lovely, private, and secure. We feel that this house is our home away from home. Thank you, Angelita and William, for the hospitality. I absolutely loved staying here! I have traveled throughout the world and I can say this place exceeds all expectations. I never felt like just another guest, I felt almost like family. I was genuinely sad to leave. Waking up every morning to the beautiful view of Quepos and the tropical environment was very special. Naza was extremely helpful in assisting with booking tours, making recommendations, and ensuring my time in Costa Rica was spectacular! Roy makes the best margaritas you have ever had and is one of the nicest people you ever meet in your life. Make sure to give Bruna, his cute little dog, a lot of belly rubs ;) Do yourself a favor and stay here! Get away from all the tourists in Manuel Antonio and get ready for the best Trip you have ever had.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

We are blown away by the hospitality of Ursula and her husband, Erick. The home and property are beautiful and are in a safe, quiet, gated community. We also enjoyed seeing Guadi, the pet peacock. He was not bothersome at all and the chirping birds native to the area were so beautiful to hear each morning. What especially blew us away was Ursula’s husband , who actually spent the day taking us around the area of Sarchi. He gave us some history of Costa Rica, and took us to a bunch of small shopping areas/factories that create much of the art pieces seen around the area, which are a great part of the countries culture, history, and goods you will see in all the souvenir/tourist areas. Such a great experience and what a lovely person he was. The only bit of advice I will offer is to make sure you look over the house manual because Ursula offers a lot of good information that we wish we had took the time to review our first evening at the house, prior to attempting to order uber eats

Estuve ahí con mi esposa y mi suegro que tiene movilidad limitada y el acceso es súper fácil al poder parquear justo frente a la casa, muy equipada con zonas comunes amplias iluminadas y muchas comodidades. Cocina totalmente equipada y baños muy bonitos. Buena conexión a internet.

Katrin’s place was large and had tons of space, enough to accommodate a large group. We also loved the pool. I would not recommend allowing her to book a night jungle tour on your behalf with the company Sukia, as we did not enjoy it and found it quite boring. There were also ants covering the kitchen and crawling constantly on the counters even though we were careful not to leave food items out unless we were actively using them. The ants are unavoidable in such a humid climate but we didn’t enjoy them and we also had some stowaways in our luggage that managed to leave with us. Hopefully we find and get rid of them all before we arrive to our home. Otherwise, her place was great and fully stocked. We do recommend this place if the aforementioned items aren’t deal breakers for you!

That was the perfect air bnb. The house is amazing, very private and clean, great view, great fresh air, Laura was very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely be back 🙏🏼 Highly recommended !!!

Tudo na Costa Rica é incrível e como não seria Janet e seu apartamento? Muito bem localizado, apartamento amplo e confortável com tudo que se precisa para ter uma ótima estadia, tanto curta quanto longa! A anfitriã é excelente, muito simpática, se você for brasileiro como eu, não tenha medo de seu portunhol, ela se esforça bem para entender, bem como fala inglês muito bem. Eu viajo muito pela América Latina e Europa e recomendo 100%! Gracias, Janet!

El espacio es súper agradable, tranquilo y privado. Nos quedamos con nuestra hija de 7 semanas y nos faltó nada. Muy cómodo lugar. Michael es un súper anfitrión respondiendo a cualquier petición inmediatamente y con mucha empatía. 100% recomendado! El espacio está cerca a senderos y sin tráfico solo a 20 minutos del centro de San José.
