Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Nikolaos

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has literally everything you need. The view from the balcony is stunning and the silence around the house really let us unwind. The city, the beach, a supermarket, everything is really close, if you have a car. Also Massimo and Despina are the nicest people. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

A lovely week spent at the villa for our family holiday. The villa is a short drive from Milatos and would highly recommend the taverna No Name. A car is essential as nowhere is walkable, especially in the heat. Crete is a large island, so we were confined to the east of the island to explore. We visited Elounda, Plaka beach for snorkelling and Spinalonga, as well as the water park. The villa is comfortable, set on 3 floors. The outside space is fantastic and grounds kept beautifully. Audrey and her team were very responsive to our queries and very attentive. They were also able to assist us with car hire. Would recommend.

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

Es war phantastisch, sehr freundlich,tolle Umbebung. Nikos Mama hat uns Kuchen und Obst gebracht. Sehr gut haben wir uns in dem dazugehörigen Garten gefühlt. Es war einfach wunderbar! Danke!

Wir haben uns in dem schön renovierten alten Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch wenn die Fotos es ein wenig größer erscheinen lassen, das Haus versprüht seinen Charme und ist top ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Elina ist super hilfreich und hat uns zahlreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die (einzige) Taverne im Ort ist ein paar Schritte entfernt und ausgezeichnet. Beim Raki-Konsum in der Taverne sollte man allerdings zurückhaltend sein, sonst könnte retour im Haus die steile Stiege in das obere Stockwerk zur unüberwindbaren Hürde werden. Da ist Trittsicherheit gefordert. Die Pefkoi-Schlucht lässt sich ganz einfach direkt vom Quartier aus erwandern. Belohnt wird man mit einer schönen Tour und wunderbaren Blicken hinunter nach Makri Gialos und zu den lohnenden Stränden. Wer in seinem Urlaub authentisches, kretisches Dorfleben erleben möchte, der ist mit dem Haus von Elina in Pefkoi sehr gut beraten.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub, wir konnten uns in dem schönen Haus super erholen die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Wenn wir Hilfe benötigten war immer jemand zu erreichen. Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.☺️

Yannis was an extremely friendly and helpful host, making us feel right at home and had a lot of helpful tips on the area. The house is very peaceful and spacious and extremely close to the sea. Thank you for having us!

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très propre et bien placé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue.

Vasilis, the host, was amazing: always responsive and catered for our every need. The apartment was super close to the beach which we loved although parts of the beach is really rocky and so it was hard to access the sea at times (totally understandable as Crete is obviously an island!). We had the pool to ourselves which was an added bonus and we loved it. As the original pool had been divided between two properties, we had the deep end, but this did not deter our fun. The apartment itself is quite basic for the money, but surprisingly large and very clean. There are many great restaurants nearby, but Zorbas was amazing with super food and an amazing host all at a sensible price. All in all, we would fully recommend this apartment and would revisit in the future.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito, corrisponde alla descrizione e alle fotografie. All'interno c'è praticamente tutto ciò che vi serve per il soggiorno (asciugamani puliti, carta, scottex, i "fondamentali" in cucina come olio, sale, caffè, ecc). Condizionatori e zanzariere in tutte le stanze! Gli appartamenti si trovano proprio al centro di Ierapetra, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa (non ci sono negozi o locali). Posizione ottima per spostarsi nei dintorni. Ottima comunicazione con l'host, consigliato!

Wir haben auf unserer Kreta Reise kurzfristig eine Unterkunft benötigt und haben dabei die Wohnung von Thanos gefunden. Thanos war sofort super erreichbar und der Check-in 2 Stunden später hat auch einfach super funktioniert. Was wir nicht wussten, ist dass die Unterkunft nah an einer Partymeile liegt, sie ist aber trotzdem weit genug entfernt, dass man vom Lärm und den Partygängern nichts mitbekommt. Vor der Tür hat man direkt mehrere Restaurants und eine Bar direkt neben an, bei der man den Pool mitbenutzen darf. Von ihr hört man etwas Musik, sie schließt allerdings um 12 und dann ist Ruhe. Was gute Empfehlungen und schnelle Reaktion angeht ist Thanos besser als Google! Wir haben auf alle unsere Fragen direkt antworten, links oder Beschreibungen bekommen. Alles in einem war unser Aufenthalt entspannend und wir haben uns durch die unglaublich freundliche Art von Thanos und seiner Familie wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nous recommandons réellement le logement d’Izabela pour énormément de points. Nous sommes arrivés Izabela nous a accueillit avec le sourire la bienveillance. Pendant le séjour elle a su se rendre discrète afin de nous laisser l’intimité mais tout autant très présente lorsque nous en avions besoins. Je comprends mieux tous les commentaires à l’égard d’izabela elle est la meilleure hôte tout pays confondus que nous ayons eu. Un vrai plus pour le logement qui est vraiment très propre, les serviettes, linges… sentent très bon ! L’appartement est situé pas loin des avenues principal (5min à pied) mais est situé dans un lieu isolé et calme ce qui fait beaucoup de bien. Puisqu’il n’y avait pas de voyageur nous avons pu rester un peu plus tard dans la journée. Merci encore Izabela !

Die Unterkunft auf Kreta war einfach super und hat alle Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, nah am Strand und zu guten Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Absolute Empfehlung!

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

Einfach nur tolle Wohnung, mit Liebe eingerichtet, alles vorhanden! Mega zentral, Parkplatz etwas schwierig, aber unten am Hafen kostenlos! Diana hilft immer und sofort, von Tabs für die Waschmaschine, Wäscheklammern, gut duftenden Schränken, alles einfach klasse! Wir werden auf jedenfall gerne wiederkommen 👍

Το σπιτι βρίσκεται σε πολυ καλη τοποθεσια (300m απο την παραλια), ευκολα προσβασιμο και εχει υπεροχη θεα. Ειναι πληρως εξοπλισμενο και καθαρο. Ο Γιώργος(οικοδεσπότης) απο την αρχη ηταν κατατοπιστικος με ακριβεις οδηγειες και ευγενικος. Το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα σαν επιλογη για οποιον θελει να επισκεφτει την περιοχή της ελουντας, και να χαλαρωσει στις διακοπες του.

Maria is a wonderful host. I enjoyed her place, the area and the culture of Crete. I will definitely be coming back.

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing place. Very private and quiet. Location is also great, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to walk to. If I have the chance will definitely come back. Recommend it!

The apartment is top renovated, perfectly located just next to the sea, with a perfect view over the sea and harbor. Perfect beach for swimming in the morning, or whenever required. Good style decoration, that fits the apartment very well. Well equipped kitchen, also with all the things required for cooking already there, salt, pepper, oil,… The best bed mattresses we have tried, which can sometime be a challenge when sleeping out. Very helpful host that received us, even though we arrived 0:30 in the night. This is not our last stay there.

De host zijn super aardig, reageren altijd op app en vragen of alles goed gaat (Ze had zelfs brownies gebakken voor ons). Daarnaast is het appartement vrij ruim en heeft elke kamer airco. De balkons zijn ontzettend fijn om de dag op de beginnen met een prachtig uitzicht. Ook de badkamer is super, met een regendouche en zelfs nog een wasmachine. Daarnaast was alles schoon en goed geregeld.

Séjour très agréable, Hôtes disponibles Appartement avec tout ce qu’il fallait et à 10 min à pied du centre ville tout en restant calme La piscine est un vrai plus! Merci à mark et maria
