Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Nikolaos

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has literally everything you need. The view from the balcony is stunning and the silence around the house really let us unwind. The city, the beach, a supermarket, everything is really close, if you have a car. Also Massimo and Despina are the nicest people. I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone!

A lovely week spent at the villa for our family holiday. The villa is a short drive from Milatos and would highly recommend the taverna No Name. A car is essential as nowhere is walkable, especially in the heat. Crete is a large island, so we were confined to the east of the island to explore. We visited Elounda, Plaka beach for snorkelling and Spinalonga, as well as the water park. The villa is comfortable, set on 3 floors. The outside space is fantastic and grounds kept beautifully. Audrey and her team were very responsive to our queries and very attentive. They were also able to assist us with car hire. Would recommend.

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

It was fantastic, very friendly, great environment. Nikos' mom brought us cake and fruit. We felt very good in the associated garden. It was just wonderful! Thank you!

Hello Elina, thank you very much for the wonderful and relaxing time. I stayed at the accommodation with my brother for 14 days. My son also came for a few days. It was no problem at all. It has everything you need. The rooms are all very lovingly furnished. A nice combination of traditional and modern furnishings. Perfect accommodation for us. Pefki is a mountain village with a very nice taverna. Here guests are introduced to Greek music and food. Really very cool. The best way to go shopping is to drive the 7 kilometres down. You can get everything you need there. Best Beaches are within a 1 hour drive. 5 stars for everything. Thank you

A gem and a beautiful retreat in southern Crete. The villa has everything your heart desires, a beautiful view, pool and a modern kitchen that makes every heart of a hobby cook beat faster. I will miss the morning and evening bath in the pool with the view. Since it has almost no light pollution, you can see a starry sky and the Milky Way with the naked eye. Secluded beaches are easily accessible by car within 30 minutes, so a car is highly recommended. Doesn't have to be an SUV. Sam is available at any time and communicates very quickly. Furthermore, he or Lefteris are always available with tips and advice. Sam and Anel are more than super hosts and I can recommend their villa villa 200%.

Very nice, well equipped apartment in a great location

Vasilis, the host, was amazing: always responsive and catered for our every need. The apartment was super close to the beach which we loved although parts of the beach is really rocky and so it was hard to access the sea at times (totally understandable as Crete is obviously an island!). We had the pool to ourselves which was an added bonus and we loved it. As the original pool had been divided between two properties, we had the deep end, but this did not deter our fun. The apartment itself is quite basic for the money, but surprisingly large and very clean. There are many great restaurants nearby, but Zorbas was amazing with super food and an amazing host all at a sensible price. All in all, we would fully recommend this apartment and would revisit in the future.

Brand new and clean apartment, matches the description and photographs. Inside there is practically everything you need for your stay (clean towels, paper, scotch, the "fundamentals" in the kitchen such as oil, salt, coffee, etc.). Air conditioners and mosquito nets in all rooms! The apartments are located right in the center of Ierapetra, but in a quiet and quiet street (there are no shops or clubs). Great location for getting around. Great communication with the host, recommended!

I can only say, if you want a warm welcome and comfort and quiet in the middle of the busy activity of Chersonissou… this is the place. I read a review about the bathroom.. yes, if you are expecting a large hotel bathroom it is small but it is Greece on an Island… everything in the space was perfect. We loved every thing and his parents were like second family and made us feel so welcomed. I can not say enough❤️

We would really recommend Izabela's home for a lot of reasons. We arrived, Izabela greeted us with a smile and kindness. During the stay she was able to be discreet in order to give us privacy but just as present when we needed it. I understand all the comments about Izabela, she is the best host in any country we have had. A real plus for the accommodation which is really very clean, towels, linens… smell very good! The apartment is located not far from the main avenues (5 min walk) but is located in an isolated and quiet place which is very good. Since there were no guests, we were able to stay a little later in the day. Thanks again Izabela!

Stella is a friendly, kind & helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy & well situated (walking distance to village & beach) Apartments are north facing so plenty of shade on balcony during hotter summer months Plenty of Space to park & a lovely outdoor cooking/eating area.

A nice, comfortable and well equipped appartement with beautiful view in a calme place. The sea view is really nice, you can get in 10-15 minutes walking to Agios Nikolaios, and there is an easy acces to road to explore the magnificent island of Crete. We all felt in love with the island and it's habitants who are very welcoming and kind. Thank you George, we had a lovely stay in your place.

Lovely place and amazing host. Next to the city with a beautiful view. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The only little issue is the bad soundproofing of the house. The noises from the flat above can be disturbing if you are noise sensitive.

this was a fantastic location, while you're in a busy area the apartment is actually peaceful and relaxing, the jacuzzi is perfect, the views from the balcony are unbelievable and it's a great spot for sunbathing, eating, drinking and relaxing. everyone has been super helpful and communicative from the minute we booked, the shop being downstairs means they are there almost 24/7 if you need anything. from this location there's so many things to do, we went on a bus to heraklion and hired a car and highly recommend agios nikolaos but you can really make your trip whatever you want it to be. thanks for a lovely stay!

Amazing place. Very private and quiet. Location is also great, lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops to walk to. If I have the chance will definitely come back. Recommend it!

The apartment is top renovated, perfectly located just next to the sea, with a perfect view over the sea and harbor. Perfect beach for swimming in the morning, or whenever required. Good style decoration, that fits the apartment very well. Well equipped kitchen, also with all the things required for cooking already there, salt, pepper, oil,… The best bed mattresses we have tried, which can sometime be a challenge when sleeping out. Very helpful host that received us, even though we arrived 0:30 in the night. This is not our last stay there.

The host are super nice, always respond to app and ask if all is well (She had even baked brownies for us). In addition, the apartment is quite spacious and every room has air conditioning. The balconies are very nice to start the day with a beautiful view. The bathroom is also great, with a rain shower and even a washing machine. In addition, everything was clean and well arranged.
