Just 30m from the sea and a few minutes from the colorful port of the city, where you can enjoy the bright sun of Crete. You will fall in love with this property as soon as you see it - beautiful, modern, fresh decor and immaculate in every way. The master bedroom is up on the cozy attic and it has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a single bed that can transformed into a double bed. The house is ideal for 3 people, but we can accommodate till 5. The location is perfect - in a few minutes you are able to visit more than 4 beaches. Enjoy! It's a detached apartment, on the first floor of a dublex house, with it's own stair ladder - so no restrictions on access - whole property available. There is washing machine which you can use, wifi, international channels on tv, air condition and a pharmacy box. As a super host, I will be avaliable if you need anything and you can contact me 24/7 on here or on mobile provided. You will be provided before your arrival with a lot of information about the area and the experiences you can have here, so you'll be totally prepared for your holidays. Local amenities include tennis courts, a public swimming pool, children's football court, basketball court, supermarket, and a pleasant seaside walking path. In Agios Nikolaos you don't need a car! Despina's House

A cozy 50 sqm house was initially built for my family‘s summer vacations. It is located in the center of the village and just 10 meters from the beach. Mochlos is a small fishing village, famous for the hospitality of the local people. It has small but picturesque beaches. In the village there is a Mini Market for your basic needs, in just 30 minutes drive you can visit bigger towns of Lassithi prefecture. Among other activities scuba diving and water sports are offered for your entertainment.

If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of a hectic lifestyle, then this is the place for you! Tucked away in the ancient village of Limnes is Rustic Nook, a secret hideaway for lovers of life and romance. Entering from the narrow lane into the tiny courtyard, you will be whisked away into a bygone age and perhaps get a taste of the essence of what the building stored many moons ago – an old stone wine press. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

Yaya's cozy House with Herb Garden

Yaya ‘s (grandmother’s) house, is located on the main road of the village and is easily accessible by car, with FREE parking on the street, within a short distance from the house. The house is 60 square meters (m²) with a mezzanine 20 m². There is a yard outside, where a beautiful path will lead you to the herbal garden and a great view of the mountains, where you can spend a lot of time smelling different types of herbs. The lemon tree in the center of the garden will welcome you.

With minimal decoration, it accommodates up to 4 people in a bedroom with a double bed and stunning sea views and in a semi-autonomous space with 2 single beds, with high quality linen, mattresses and pillows. It has 1 bathroom and a WC with luxurious toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a living room, a private terrace overlooking the sea and a comfortable furnished courtyard.

M&E house : city center private parking

New house in the center of Agios Nikolaos. Spacious for 3 people, with all the amenities for a memorable stay. Agios Nikolaos Square is a 2-minute walk and the beach is 1 minute away. Next to the house there is an organized parking lot where you can park at a small cost. The house consists of the main room that includes the kitchen and the living room with a sofa that becomes a bed. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a baby crib if needed.

VILLA SPILIO is a stone house built on a small cape. From every part of the house the guest can enjoy the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. It has a large bed and a sofa bed and all the necessary household appliances. Outside, there is a large courtyard with trees and lots of flowers. Finally, the guest can enjoy swimming in the sea in peace since they have private access to the sea and relax on the sun loungers that the accommodation has.

General disinfection is done at home before each arrival. The house is located in the area of Amoudara 50 meters from the sandy beach. It is a brand new home with nice decoration. It consists of a single room with a living room, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the backyard of the residence there is a private pool with a hydromassage and seating area for relaxation.
