The apartment is very clean and just a few steps from the beach. Ioannis is really helpful and nice person.

After initial difficulties with the address, we had a wonderful stay there, everything clean, great location, as you are in the middle of a busy street and you can get by well in the evening without a car. It was also only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Christos was also very nice, gave good tips for activities and restaurants and was always easily accessible! He and his family were very likeable! The only drawback: the mattresses were very hard, but for a couple of nights that's okay. If we fly to Crete again, we will definitely be back.

The stay was great. the apartment is really only a few minutes from the beach (on foot)! The place (Stalis) itself is very beautiful and has a lot to offer, as does the little kiosk right below the apartment. John is always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Omg, what an amazing place! I had the best 2 nights sleep in my life! ( wish I could have stayed longer) You fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed and pillows are really comfy, something that is really important to me, as I’m a light sleeper. Poppi is extremely friendly. When I arrived she had cooked for me! I must have looked really hungry because it was food for about 10 people…. You have absolutely everything in this place, kitchen and bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Thank you - I’ll be back!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. I strongly recommend staying there!The apartment is located right above the sea, so you can only imagine how stunning the view is. I was hyptonized by the sea, spending hours sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sun from morning to evening, with the sound of the waves. This was a perfect setting as a solo traveler to take some time for introspection and for work on my laptop too (wifi connection was very good!). Everything is provided for you to cook and the bed was very comfortable. Nearby there are several supermarket, a bakery, and the location is good to explore the eastern part of the island. Just maybe if you are very tall it might be uncomfortable for you to climb up and down the stairs to the bed as it's on a mezzanine (I myself hit my head once lol but the area where it happened is padded so no harm, it wasn't an issue to me!) Manos was very friendly and welcoming, and super responsive whenever I needed. Thank you for the great stay! I will be back :)

Theodora’s apartment is hidden gem in Agios Nikolaos. During our stay we realized, there is no better location for families with small kids. It’s right next to beach bar with great beach, in our opinion best within the city and there is even kids playground right next to it. You have 6-7 great local restaurants within 5mins walk + 2 grocery shops. Location is very quiet. Apartment is very well equipped with all you need for shorter or even longer stay (we stayed 1month). Theodora was very friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We can only recommend her and her apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy perfect vacation. Efcharisto Theodora 👍🏻

House as described, clean, tidy and strategic as a location to be able to get around the area.

Linda is a very helpful, generous and friendly landlady. Communication was always quick and helpful. The apartment is exactly as described and perfectly located for trips to Heraklion, the Lassithi Plateau or the beach. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation.

George's house was one of the most beautiful places we've ever stayed. It is exactly as you imagine a traditional Greek island cottage should be. The shuttered windows open straight out to the sea and you can walk straight out the door along the waterfront to lovely restaurants and swimming spots. Perfection.

The 2nd time we stayed with Christina. We felt very welcome again and at home. Our own cottage just outside the city center, near the beach: easily walkable or by city bus.

Such a beautiful place, we felt we were in paradise. We took our own food so didn’t try the taverna but enjoyed dinner with a beautiful view every night and two nights we lay back a star gazed for hours on the deck chairs. The “almost private “ beach was delightful and we never had anyone there with us, so for us very private …

We spent more than 2 weeks in Aspasia's house and we felt very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and we found everything we needed. Aspasia even organized a yoga mat for me. Communication with Aspasia went smoothly. The bathroom is not the latest, but you don't notice much of it because there is an outdoor shower. A cat visited us every day, we hope she continues to find food sources We also enjoyed the surroundings very much, often we were right on the beach down in Keratokampos, also partly on foot. But the beaches around are all very nice, mostly pebbles on the shore and sand towards the sea. You could snorkel in quiet weather, in the wind we have the waves. There are also two shops: minimarket, supermarket. In the supermarket, the postcards are brought to the post office on Wednesdays at noon. The restaurants are also very good, we were mostly in the taverna Christina.

We arrived with ease according to the host's guidance! As soon as we arrived we had a beautiful surprise with local treats and raki!! Quiet place full of nature ! The host gave us information about places to visit! The cleanliness and comfort of the countries is very positive!! Sure will be back again!!

We loved the stay in Agios - Maria was very nice & flexible. Supermarket, lake, sea and restaurants surrounding the flat and the apartment is very sweet with everything u need for a couple of days in Agios. Nice balcony, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very thankful for our time here :)

This is an absolutely beautiful apartment right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. Milena the host is really helpful and great with information. We stayed for a week having had Milena show us the apartment last year, when we stayed in Apartment 3. It was all we hoped for; felt like home from the first night. There are lots of bars and restaurants near by; and also a beautiful sea lounge called Kimzu (20 mins walk away) - we returned to Ag Nik as we loved our time here last year. The apartment and the resort in general is highly recommended!

what a cosy clean place..the housekeeper came on a regular basis to keep it clean and provide clean linen/towels..the views from the balcony are stunning.michael the host is very hospitable and friendly nothing was too much trouble for him he met us at the apartment and he had provided the necessities to keep us going ie milk bread etc as we arrived late evening ..he arranged transport for us from the airport so it was a pleasant journey ..thankyou michael we loved it *****

We were so looked after and made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The place is wonderful- the view is amazing and everything you could need is there. It was such a comfortable place to stay. The location is also very handy for exploring Agios Nikolaos on foot, as well as other surrounding towns and sights in the area if you have a car. I would very highly recommend staying here, it was great!

This apartment is truly impressive - spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and very comfortable. The large balcony offers a perfect spot to relax with the sea just metres away. The bathroom has a great shower. During our stay, a few evenings were quite chilly, but the heating function on the AC unit kept us warm and cozy. Apostolis is the perfect host. He contacted us before we left the UK with clear arrival instructions, met us at the apartment, and took the time to show us everything we needed to know. He welcomed us with fruit and wine and was genuinely keen for us to enjoy our stay. When we visited Heraklion, he kindly recommended a great place to eat, and on our second morning, he surprised us with some delicious Greek sweet treats for breakfast. The only slight downside was some noise from the bars below in the bedrooms, though we were still able to sleep. However, waking up to the stunning sea view from the balcony made up for it. Thank you, Apostolis, for a wonderful stay.

The room was nice and big, view from the balcony was really beautiful, pool was great and the location was the best. You can find everything you need in Istro - shops, tavernas, beautiful beaches. We loved it and we can certainly recommend!

Great Apartment close to shops, beach and eateries nearby. Everything was clean with the necessary supplies. The days passed peacefully. Highly recommended for anybody visiting the area.
