Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Aci Castello

We loved staying at Salvo's house. He has been very kind and attentive to us from before check-in. The location of the house is perfect for strolling around Etna Park. The terrace is super good and the house without being very big it doesn't lack anything and it was very clean. Loved it! Thanks.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Francesco helped us out at the last minute and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. His place is spacious, clean and comfortable and in a great location

The place was perfect for a family of 5. Alessandra is a responsive host and gives very good tips regarding restaurants and local shops. The accommodation was very spacious, tidy and clean. Beautiful terrace with magnificent views of Etna.

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.

Lovely stay in a beautiful, peaceful location with gorgeous pool, views of Mount Etna and easy access to Savoca, Taormina, Etna, Alcantara Gorge and the coast. Very nice breakfast by the pool on our last day. Highly recommended.

Beautiful comfortable home for 5. Pool near the terrace, with beautiful setting. Some restaurants nearby, 5 min walk. The Alcantara Gorges are a 5-min walk away. 1st beach 25 min by car.

The place is phenomenal and perfect for a stay in Catania. The two terraces are great and we were lucky enough to even be able to see the current eruption including lava. The important thing is: to get into the apartment, you have to climb the 104 steps. But it's worth it. We can recommend the apartment to anyone ♥️

Salvo has a great host, providing all necessary information and even offering us drive to the local train station, flexible with check in since we had a early flight. In general he was great as a host, only thing was location since you need 30 minutes walk to commute to the local train station so I wouldn’t recommend it if you do not have a car. We are very satisfied with our stay in Catania and Donatella's nice and homely apartment. It suited us great to be able to work remotely from there. Very central location with many nice restaurants. Easy to explore the city's sights on foot. Practical and well-functioning apartment made it easy for us. We are very happy with our stay!

Great location if you like to walk in the city. It seemed like every time we left the apartment we found an interesting area. The space was comfortable and clean. Also the upper outdoor space is stunning unfortunately the cloud cover/light rain didn’t allow us to enjoy. Francesca arranged indoor parking for €25/day that was one block away. Word of caution is the front door is 71 steps up with luggage. We enjoyed the daily workout. A true city experience!!!

The apartment is spacious for 4 people, with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, and 3 (!) balconies. There is a good washing machine indeed. The kitchen has everything including a microwave, a toaster, kitchenware and an oven, excepting only a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There were soluble coffee and olive oil and many spices for cooking available. There are 3 big groceries and a few bakeries nearby. We could even pre-order fresh "cornetti con pistacchio" to pick them up the next day. They also offer a delivery to the apartment :-) Near the building or on the street we were always able to find a free parking space, without any issues to (our anyway insured) car. There are two AC systems in every bedroom, capable of both heating and cooling. The host was very friendly and helpful. He even met us personally. Just if you don't know Italian, be sure to use a translator. Location is 10-15 minutes of driving from the Piazza Maravigna (free parking) or airport. Thanks Christopher!

It was a pleasure to stay Maria's historical villa and meet with Maria and husband Francesco, Vittorio and Ionella. They are so kind and helpful to share all experience what they have. We felt as being in historical Italian movie during our accommodation. We are really happy to meet with those fantastic people and experienced Sicily under the special Etna Mountain view. Thank you for every minute in gorgeous place what you shared with us Maria & Francesco. I hope next time we will see each other again in Palermo or Sicily again. Salvatore’s flat is perfectly located in the center of town with an incredible balcony with views of the cathedral and the central square. We had a fabulous time in Catania.

Everything is very nice. The house is really cozy and located in a magnificent area. The outdoor green space is very well cared for and everything was tidy; I highly recommend it. The only downside, considering the entrance out of the way, the absence of a sign that communicates the entrance to the villa. Pay close attention to the host's directions.

Nice, warm welcome from Fabrizio. The oven was already on (it was winter). There were homemade cakes, wine and small treats. Fabrizio was very nice and explained everything to us. The place was very cozy. We thought the apartment goes over two floors. But only booked the bottom floor. There are two apartment. One upstairs, one downstairs. The view of Mount Etna was breathtaking and also the view of the sea. Good starting point for hiking. Fabrizio was always reachable. We also shopped in his shop and were well advised. Overall a very nice stay!

A beautiful cottage at the foot of the Etna and with a large garden! Diletta & Salvatore sind herzliche Menschen, die Kommunikation war allzeit super! Der Kamin war für uns sogar schon vorbereitet! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Wir kommen wieder - bestimmt! Danke für alles A beautiful cottage at the foot of Etna and with a large garden! Angelo and Lucrezia’s place is just on of a kind. Beautiful cottage, great views and also well equipped. We stayed for a few days there to hike Etna, rest and work a bit too. The place was ideal for all these things. Also the hosts were very helpful when we had some issues, they were there to help us. Highly recommended stay for anyone looking to rest in a peaceful and beautiful place 😊
