It's a beautiful home for a family get together. We were a group of three families who had a great and relaxing time at Linda's home. We initially struggled to find the place. Every house had a unique name and the house was right next to the main road. However, Linda was very responsive in helping us to find the location. Once we got in, the stay was amazing. It was a very spacious house and as there were 4 bathrooms, all three families were able to have their own bathrooms. The kitchen was spacious and was a lovely place to chat and enjoy cooking quick meals. Probably the garage has been converted to a game room and wish this space could be improved with more cosy sofas, games, etc. Otherwise it is a lovely stay if you would like to spend more time with family and friends with less external distractions.

Stunning location, very peaceful with a beautiful garden. Very comfortable stay for our two families. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Thank you for providing such comfortable accommodation with a stunning outlook. The picture window is mesmerising with its fabulous outlook across the bay. The instruction book provided was very helpful. A well located property for facilities in Aberporth and accessing the coastal path.

What a lovely place in a stunning location . Pretty central for amenities and food places . The views or amazing. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break away .

We really enjoyed our stay at Esme's house and we were quite amazed at how well equipped it was. There were tea/ coffee, milk and Welsh cakes provided and Esme messaged on the morning of our arrival to say that the house was ready when we needed it. The house was ideally located for both the university and the town - all only a ten minute walk. Parking was a little tricky as we have a large car and the street was quite narrow. However, once parked, we didn't need move the car as everything was so accessible. The house was at a top of a hill, and we enjoyed the views over Aberystwyth. I wouldn't hesitate to rent Esme's lovely house again.

Me and ten friends had an amazing weekend at Jonathan’s place for my birthday! The house and its surroundings are beautiful and unique. Jonathan provided a video tour of the house and description of how to use the facilities before we arrived which was really helpful! We all said we’d love to come back and stay again some time. We had the most amazing time as a family at coach house cottage. We arrived a lot later than planned and couldn’t find our cottage In the dark. A quick phone call later and we were sorted, then the friendliest just came to greet us to settle us in. My children loved the pool and the play area. The cottage was clean and cosy and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. We had such a relaxing weekend in the most beautiful surrounding and we already can’t wait to book again. Comfortable, well equipped, tastefully decorated apartment in great location overlooking the beach . Easy access to local amenities and the coast path . Car parking space tight and care required to access from busy road. Great place to stay !

Absolutely fantastic stay here. We’ve stayed with Charley before in their other premises next door (Ffermdy) so know the area and each time we’ve enjoyed more. Broc Mor is beautiful and so comfy, makes you feel right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and so peaceful, you are close to local attractions but also far enough away to relax and unwind. If you are looking for a place to stay that makes you feel at home, gives you peace and quiet but puts close enough to attractions then Broc mor is the place for you. Thank you for letting us stay with you again, we will most definitely be back in the future.

I have stayed at this apartment multiple times. Richard is proactive, flexible and accommodating. Excellent scenery and quiet neighbourhood. Lots of amenities and well worth the price. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed for a local wedding but would return for a peaceful retreat in the Welsh countryside.

Maerina's place was ideal right in the middle of Aber town and close to the sea. Maerina works in the shop beneath the flat and was available for local recommendations and to respond to any issues had there been any, she was a great host, she had left bread and milk for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Parking was the only difficulty, but this

hosts were friendly, cottage was lovely and view was wonderful. local people chatty and lambs in the field opposite were hilarious to watch! We couldn't fault the accommodation, beds comfy, water hot and everything we needed in the kitchen. milk in the fridge on arrival was handy, plus tea bags and coffee. tasteful decor and furniture. we would highly recommend :-)

Absolutely gorgeous setting in a peaceful beautiful part of rural Wales. Lovely to sit by the river and spot otters and birds. The apartment (1of 6 in the Mill) was comfy, warm and very well equipped. We made good use of the hot tub, pool and loved the cool BBQ hut. Christopher was really friendly and welcoming and really knowledgeable about the local area. A great place to stay and explore this part of Wales. Would recommend.

this has to be one of the nicest cottage I've stayed in, had everything you need and surrounded by the amazing views and a lovely river beside the cottage, a big field aswell for my dogs which was great. david was great and replied back to my messages straight away. the cottage it's self is beautiful and I like all the quirky pictures and stuff. also the WiFi was spot on super fast. overall this was great stay and we are already looking to book again for the summer, I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

An Absolute Gem of a find, me and my wife have been coming to Newquay for years now, this is the best place we have stayed in and hopefully we will stay here in the future for Defo, lovely views and right in the Middle of Newquay, outstanding stay, thank you Marc.

We have had such a lovely stay! The flat was perfect, the location cannot be beaten! Stunning views across the bay, lovely to sit on the balcony listening to the waves break on the shore! within walking distance of a beautiful beach. The furnishings are very comfortable, and it just feels so cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped . Great shower, plenty of towels. The Cat Rock cafe next door does amazing food, would recommend the Sunday lunch., all the staff are so friendly too. Meg and Emma were the perfect hosts and replied to any messages straight away. Will definitely stay in this beautiful place again. Thank you

We loved our stay and found it a great place to rest and relax. it was great that we could walk to some wonderful restaurants and easy to drive to gorgeous coast lines. perfect for what we were looking for. accommodation was quirky and stylish. full of everything you need.
