Ty Gwyrdd Eco house with hot tub, Newquay, Wales

DanielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Michael and Rosemary's place was absolutely brilliant! The location was superb (beautiful walk to New Quay - especially at low tide along the beach) Everything was as described and we especially enjoyed reading the story of how the property was built. Relaxing in the evening with the sound of the babbling stream in the background was wonderful. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, about 7 minutes to Folly Farm & zoo, around 15/20 minutes to local Dino World, and Heatherton. Ideal for us as a Family of 4 with a 2 and 4 year old. Would definetely stay here again in future. Thank you Helen!

Cosy Eco Cabin with hot tub

FeliciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had an amazing stay at Maya and Robin’s beautiful cabin! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, and the cabin itself was spotless, cosy, and welcoming—especially with the fireplace already lit when we arrived. It was the perfect peaceful getaway. Maya and Robin were fantastic hosts, incredibly kind and thoughtful. The enclosed garden was a huge bonus, giving my dogs plenty of space to roam and relax. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat/getaway - we'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience and Carolyn was so helpful with everything at the cottage and with her recommendations to eat. Celebrated a birthday which Carolyn kindly let me decorate for the occasion. Beautiful scenery and fishing in the lake on the property whilst watching the ducks and geese was lovely.

The Barn/Beudy bach

JonRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a lovely few days at the Barn, using is as a base to explore the valleys, and sights in Carmarthenshire. The Barn is lovely and cosy - and actually feels bigger than it looks on the pictures. We loved the wood burning stove, with fuel provided and fire made the first night, which was a real treat to use - and if you are visiting at the right time of year, be sure to look outside at the stars in the dead of night, because we were able to see so much. The place would be easy to miss if you didn’t know where you were going, but we had very clear instructions beforehand and found it no trouble. To anyone wondering about the internet - some reviews here mention WiFi, but as advertised, there is no WiFi - which we actually enjoyed. If you need internet, mobile data doesn’t really work inside the barn, but was available as soon as one stepped outside, which was fine for our satnav purposes. Ann also offered to help us access the internet if there was an issue, but this wasn’t needed.

Had a great stay at The Coach House this weekend! Shaun was a great host and responded so quickly to a minor hiccup we had with WiFi, replied within seconds to my messages and gave super clear instructions on his arrival and leaving messaging. The location is fantastic, so close to some beautiful beaches, the house was exactly how it looks on the photos I will definitely be bringing my family back for another visit to one of his properties as I couldn’t fault the stay

Morfa Coach House

HazelRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We stayed for a holiday for 7 nights, 2 couples with a 3 year old and 2 dogs. The house really is a home from home, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Julia greeted us on arrival. We loved the big farmhouse kitchen where we ate together in the evenings. We then retired to the living room to watch the TV and put the log burner fire on! Logs had been provided and when we asked for more logs (as the weather had turned chilly) these were delivered to our door! Kris and Julia could not have been more accommodating to us. But the bonus is the pool. The 3 year old loved it and we used it every day. We just requested our swimming times each day which is a great idea if other guests are staying in the other cottages. We loved exploring the coastal path where you can see the fantastic beaches, though it is steep in parts. Our dogs were safe off the lead on site. Horace (the resident dog) can often be seen wandering around. A great holiday, thank you!
An indoor heated swimming pool features a clear, inviting blue water surface. Wooden beams form an arching ceiling, providing a spacious atmosphere. Colorful murals decorate the walls, and several lounge chairs are arranged near the pool for relaxation.

Incredible setting up a secluded canyon. Even though there are multiple units in each building, we were never disturbed by neighbours and felt we have plenty of quiet space to ourselves. May want to take your own fire supplies if you want to use the fire pit. Amy was so friendly and kind. We would love to stay here again!
