Monthly Rentals in 12 South, Nashville

We were only there two nights to visit our son and his partner who live in Nashville. And we had a lovely stay. Tim and Suzy’s place is so close to 12 South. It is an easy couple of blocks to be in the thick of restaurants and shops. Being that close to the action, it was amazing that the place itself was peaceful and quiet. The bed is comfy. The bathroom is beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed and there was enough space to gather for chats between adventures. It is hard to describe the decor. It was well appointed and relaxingly eclectic! We loved the place and will likely stay there again, as Nashville and our son keep calling us back!

This well appointed, private, light and bright home is a perfect getaway spot. The home is walkable to 12 south neighborhood and so close to downtown, music row, Hillsboro, and Green Hills. Alison was friendly, easy to work with, and so responsive. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked our next stay in this home!

We could not have asked for better hosts, a better location and a more comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything, and yet very private, quiet and safe. Our hosts gave us outstanding recommendations, we wasted no time settling in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I slept so soundly. Lori and her husband are kind, cool and we felt like locals. Did pretty much everything they recommended. The place is super cool, plenty of room for a couple. We could tell by the things they had in the place for us that they are very thoughtful cool people. Perfect, I highly recommend if you like privacy and the neighborhood vibe, nice knowledgeable hosts and an extremely comfy bed. We’ll be back & many thanks.

Our 2nd time staying here, which says it all. Loved it just as much the second trip, such a great location with easy access to any part of Nashville and a quick walk to 12 South. Would stay again!
