My labor of love house. So many older homes are being torn down in Nashville and I just couldn't let it happen to this one. Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South.Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
