House vacation rentals in Davidson County

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

This place is private and serene that is just 20 minutes from the social and energy of Nashville. There are plenty of places to gather and enjoy the outdoors from the pool to the hot tub to the fireplace/grill area. Inside, the pool table and games provide more fun. The home has plenty of room to host a large group. Our host, Greg, was responsive and quickly responded to issues that needed to be addressed.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

The house was in a great location in relationship to downtown Nashville and/or Franklin. Plenty of stores around. The den in the back of the house was a great place for everyone to 'hang out' in. The only 'challenge' was the busy road that the house is located on. Depending on the time of day, it was sometimes tricky pulling out of the drive. We had a great stay here!

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

I loved this Airbnb! I didn't want to leave. The saltwater pool was awesome! Hosts were fantastic 👏 Great restaurants near by. If you are looking for a mani Pedi go to Noire Nail Bar on Lebanon Rd Mt Juliet. We got the signature.. amazing!

Mary was a wonderful host. Always quick to answer with any questions. House was very clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. Would stay again!

Sarah’s place is super cute and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay there again.

The townhouse was in a great location to go downtown and to visit my family. The townhouse was warm, friendly and welcoming. The extra little treats that Cindy left were wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Airbnb and probably the cleanest one I have ever been to! Courtney had really thought of everything from the decor to the tripod to take group photos. She was very responsive and I would highly recommend her place for your next girls trip to Nashville. Also the beds were extremely comfortable and there is lots of left over bachelorette decorations/props for the next guest to use. Enjoy! Cheers

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in smooth and stress-free. The space was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home—fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and even some local snacks to welcome us. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially loved the front porch patio; it was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Such a cute place! Lots of personal touches throughout, clean, well stocked kitchen, perfect cozy neighborhood, I could go on and on. Walkable to restaurants, but anything you needed was only a short drive away. The Farmers Market on Saturday morning is a must do only a block away. A quick drive or uber will put you downtown in the middle of the action, but the place is quiet and peaceful. Perfect. If I ever make it back, this will be my first choice to stay. 10/10 recommend.

Great spot in East Nashville! My wife and I had a blast - easy to get downtown but also close to plenty of things to do in the area.

this was my first ABB experience and they made it amazing!! From having a little coffee maker to soft bed, beautiful room, amazing shower and friendly host!! I will definitely come back! I would definitely recommend them if your looking to go to Nashville!! all and all AMAZING!!

Had an issue in the beginning, but was quickly resolved. Overall a good stay.

After being stranded following Bonnaroo’s cancellation, we could not have been more thankful to find Katie’s place. We had to have mentioned 10-15 times within ourselves how perfect the Airbnb was. The backyard was far bigger than we expected, and had a great time laying out and playing frisbee back there. The neighborhood had plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops near by, highly recommend Game Point for coffee/tea with hundreds of board games to choose from. 100% would stay again if we find ourselves in Nashville. Steve's home is beautiful, peaceful and homey. We wanted to bring our dogs on a staycation and were looking for private and relaxing spaces where they would have plenty of room, and this property was great for both them and us humans. 0.50 miles total of hiking trails, a courtyard, porches, a barn a across the creek, you can't decide where to hang out or make a fire. We encountered little box turtles, did some mushroom hunting, dogs had a blast playing in the creek, all without leaving Steve's property. It's an amazing place if you want plenty to do without ever getting on a vehicle. Everything was also very safe, well thought out, and well maintained.

Patrick's place was perfect for our adult group of seven. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family get together. It was quick and easy to Uber to downtown Nashville, too. We enjoyed our time together and would definitely stay here again.
