Tiny house vacation rentals in Davidson County

The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. We were in Nashville to visit Broadway and this was a great location close enough for an affordable uber to and from Broadway but far enough for it to be a peaceful retreat from all the noise and revelry. Also the restaurants on the close by 51st Street offer some great breakfast options after a night on the town😀. Nice place, nice neighborhood. Thank you

Perfect for one person—it was so close by to where I was working on music, so it really was a perfect location in a beautiful neighborhood with such kind neighbors. While I think the place could use a little love in terms of making sure everything is spotless, some utensil/kitchenette organization, and some little things that show a guest you’ve thought of them to enjoy their time (access to drinkable water, body soap [hand soap was oddly provided in the shower], or nicer coffee/tea choices), I have to say the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive whenever I needed anything. Would recommend especially to any solo traveler!

Great place to stay! We felt right at home!

We had a great stay! There was a gas station was right beside us, CVS right across the street and loud bar across the main road. We could hear a lot of night noise but so thankful they provided sound machines and earplugs. This is definitely not the place for those who want a quiet neighborhood. But if you like to sleep with sound machines and wear earplugs like we do then it’s a great location. We felt very safe with the cameras and alarm. The location is near everything!

This is a quiet, peaceful setting and a very cozy little cabin, with enough space and comfort for two. The location was perfect for our plans to visit with friends and family in the area. Although close to the host's home, it faces woods and a stream, making it feel more remote. A very enjoyable stay!

Kristi's place was a great stay in East Nashville and comfortably accommodated two people. The place has great A/C and kept us cool during some of the more humid nights. East Nashville is a quick walk away and Broadway is easy to access via Uber/Lyft. I would definitely stay here again 5/5⭐

Great little place to stay for a couple looking to get away for the weekend! Very clean, very beautiful, nice shower, and the outside area is super cool. We will book again!

We stayed during the CMA Fest. Inna’s place is Beautiful. Exactly what the pictures show. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable to the Stadium and Broadway. Once you get out of the neighborhood it does get a little sketchy for a minute but we walked several times with no problems. So much room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again! We had an AMAZING Experience!!🩷

This cottage is an absolute gem. It’s so lovely and relaxing - extremely quiet and the garden is gorgeous. Perfect for one or two, the place is well equipped and the bed was so comfortable!! I stayed for 10 days and hated to leave. William was incredibly communicative and his response time for questions for so quick. A great experience all around and I look forward to my next trip!

Stayed in a cabin, big bed and bunk beds, small but it worked out for 2 people, I hung up a make ship curtain so we had privacy, I was concerned about the a/c but it was nice and cold, fridge was just big enough and plenty of towels and even pool towels. The bathroom/shower was probably 50’ away nice and clean The pool area was a little old but it was nice to get in with the family I would give it a 5 ⭐️rating

What a delightful abode! Beth and Bob have created a warm and inviting space to rest and repose. They have thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in with smooth, silky feeling linens. We found chilled glasses and filtered water in the fridge as well as coffee and creamer. Plush towels and soaps and shampoo/conditioner were available in the brightly lit bathroom. The location of this Airbnb is perfect and close to downtown Nashville as well as Vanderbilt, Belmont and the west side of the city. There’s a sweet outdoor patio with table and chairs. Even though on a map it’s close to the freeway, there’s very little road noise. We had a quiet sleep but if needed a white noise machine is provided. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Meeting Beth and Bob was a highlight of our stay!!

I cannot begin to describe how incredibly nice this place. It is very quiet and met my needs. Would definitely stay again. Ashley was very responsive. No complaints.

Great stay. Easy check-in and peaceful camp area to have a bonfire at. Close to Nashville and other stores and food which was very convenient.

Lovely cabin. Adorable bunk house. Peaceful surroundings & large inviting deck. Hot tub was clean, the beds were super comfy and I loved the pillows. The toilet was cool and family favorite. We grilled twice, drove into Nashville everyday and DD took Uber back to the house one night. I highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay while having a weekend getaway in Nashville, and this “beach house” couldn’t have been a better fit for us. The space was cozy, it was a quick Uber ride from downtown and there was plentiful street parking. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great spot for a quick overnight trip in Nashville! Loved having parking, easy access to the best of East Nashville, and a cozy, comfortable space to crash.

Had a fabulous time staying here for a friend’s wedding! Randy and Diane were very flexible with us and very responsive. Had zero issues, would recommend and stay here again!

Sarah was an AMAZING host! Her little home was perfect for relaxing and just enjoying the scenery. She was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed! Would definitely love to visit again when coming back through!

Ellen's place is an AMAZING accomodation. It is very well designed, walking distance to all the bars and music venues. It's very clean and very private. The location is very quiet which is perfect to relax after long nights out. It has a beautiful little private green area under the trees in the back yard where you can have your morning coffe and listen to the birds or an evening drink. Everything was perfect. We were in Nashville for a quick little weekend retreat to celebrate my birthday. Karen was amazing! Upon booking she asked our reason for visiting - I told her my birthday, so when we arrived there was a small gift, wine and a birthday card. She even had the most delicious muffins for us! Karen goes above and beyond as a host, so if you are considering this property I would highly recommend it! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Nashville!

Such a great and unique stay! It felt like a homefelt Tennessee southern stay, nestled in the hillside. We were greeted by the goats and enjoyed the eggs by their chickens. Quiet, private and restful. If you like R&R, this jacuzzi tub view and experience is one you don't want to miss. 💕
