We had a wonderful time exploring Nashville and this place was a perfect location to a lot of great activities.

We had an absolutely great time visiting Nashville and staying in this charming home! The home was in a great location, easily walkable to many things to do and places to eat. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Alan was a fantastic host. He was super friendly, responsive and accommodating! I definitely recommend this house for a great experience in Nashville!

This Air BNB was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at! It was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. The beds were all super comfortable with plenty of spots to settle in. Loads of kitchen supplies, towels, linens, etc. Even an iron, ironing board and steamer! We were a group of 7 women celebrating my sister’s bachelorette and the space was perfect! The living room and couch were super cozy for relaxing and playing games. Candice went above and beyond. One of the girls asked if she had a particular game there, which at the time, she did not, but, she went and got it so it was there when we arrived! There were fresh fruit, eggs, milk butter and baked goods as well as some bottled water. The outdoor spaces were great also! It was a reasonable walk to 12 South, and a short drive to broadway and other points of interest! I 100% recommend booking this Air BNB, you will not be disappointed!

Our trip to Nashville for our granddaughter's wedding was made extra special by these accommodations. This beautiful home has been very well kept with nice large bedrooms, cumfy beds and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The weather wasn't cooperating but looking forward to using the pickeball court during our next stay. Pat was the perfect host answering every question and suggesting sites to see while in Nashville. It's really no wonder they are a Superhost.

Great place to stay for a group! There was a lot of room and it was clean. It was also in a great location close to Broadway and Downtown.

Spent a week in the appartment with my family. A lot of board games, pool table etc. 30 Minutes from Broadway. Matthew was always responding real quick to my questions and also helped us print tickets for a show.

What a great place this was! Our family wanted to spend time in Downtown Nashville (but didn’t want to stay in the busy city the entire trip). The location was perfect and allowed us to spend time in the city, having time to rest & enjoy some quiet. If we had stayed more than the weekend, we would have taken advantage of the fire pit and patio. My favorite spot was the front porch swing! Best seat in the house for morning coffee.

Danika's place was perfect for our stay in Nashville. The beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows, plenty of hangers and we loved Danika's recommendations for places to eat. We loved the history of the place and the original hardwood floors in the bedroom. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay.

This place is nice, new, clean & comfortable! It is an apartment in a large complex. The bed was comfortable. Sapphire left nice snacks & a variety of k-cups. We had difficulty opening lock box to get in place. Another issue we tried to go to pool & were told the owner had to accompany us! That was a disappointment as it was hot with rain predicted later & that was going to be our entertainment for the day! Overall it was a good stay!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Lisa's place. From the moment we walked into the unit, we felt right at home. The condo is thoughtfully furnished and decorated and the beds are super comfortable. The building amenities are also fantastic. The pool and outdoor sitting area are viewable from the condo windows, which is nice when keeping an eye on the teens : ) Lisa was very friendly and proactive, ensuring we had all necessary information to get into the unit without any issues. We would stay here again!

Been there twice. Both times where great. If you love nature this is the place. Deer every morning and evening. Birds all kinds. And of course fish. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Hosts are very nice. We'll be back soon.

My husband and I traveled to Nashville for a friend’s 50th birthday. Di’s place was perfect. Great location, within walking distance to everything downtown. Short drive to the Grand Ole Opry. Thorough instructions sent for check in which made checking in a breeze. It was clean and some toiletries available if needed. She provided tons of snacks and drinks. We’ve stayed at several Air BNB’s and I would have to say this was one of the best.

My friend and I stayed here for a few days and it was everything we could have asked for! We messaged last minute about an early check in and it was seamless! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was for a bachelor weekend in Nashville. 8 guys from out in the country of Northeast Tennessee short on sophistication but long on partying. We found Chloe’s place to be perfect for us. Plenty of beds for sleeping arrangements and plenty of linens for the number of people we had. Very easy to get to Broadway every day/night. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Very clear instructions and rules. Chloe was such a great help and immediately responded to any communications. Her place will be my first choice when I go back.

We had an amazing stay. The house brings you back in time. It was incredibly clean and the property is beautiful. The host, Linda, was available at all times to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The only thing we had to complain about, which is not Linda’s fault in any way, was the fact that the neighbor has multiple dogs that bark so much. It took away from the enjoyment of the backyard. Regardless, we were able to enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a unique and beautiful Nashville stay.

Amanda is a wonderful host! We stayed at her guest suite this April and her place was perfect. We had a parking spot and our own private little patio. Amanda and Andy were so thoughtful in how they curated their place to have everything we needed. There was a place to set up luggage, a very comfortable bed, clean linens and little touches to make the stay that much more comfortable. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. If you’re looking to explore Nashville, this location was perfect for getting anywhere in about 15 minutes. I would 100% book this stay again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Great place! Perfect for a trip to Nashville. Lois was a kind, gracious, and professional host. The place is well-equipped and comfortable and the neighborhood is easy to get to and safe. Highly recommended.

Marie's place is top-notch; it is hands-down the best airbnb I've ever experienced. Her home is absolutely lovely as are the surrounding garden areas. Our space was so comfortable that we wished we would have had more time to just lounge in our rooms rather than go sightseeing. Seriously, every single detail has been considered. The bedrooms, common area, and bathroom were spotless and beautiful. We had every thing we needed for our stay: a hairdryer - yay!, an awesome coffee maker (with coffee!), microwave, refrigerator, and even soap/shampoo. My favorite detail was the bedroom linens. Our beds were fitted better than a hotel, with COTTON sheets and covers. In my experience most hosts use microfiber sheets which are hot and chemical-laden, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Marie clearly cares for her guests' comfort. Both she and her husband were friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants and local points of interest. I hope to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Place was beautiful, peaceful, and the breakfast was great! It's a peaceful setting, and we had a relaxing time. The main building is really cool, and they set us up for a fire down on the huge patio. Breakfast was at 8, and was amazing, but for lunch and dinner be mindful that most food places are about 15 minutes away. Most restaurants near the inn close at 8, once we figured that out, we did fine. There is Mexican food, and an awesome pizza place close by. Overall we loved our stay.

Sally was a fantastic host! The room was clean and the exactly like the pictures described. Joe was also very helpful giving us recommendations for places to check out in Nashville and was kind enough to make us breakfast in the mornings.

The house is super confortable and you feel so private. Nashville is not a really walkable city and buses are only riding around for some areas, so you should consider uber or renting a car. Though the Raymond and Shanon’s house is amazing! Is totally worthy
