PLEASE and MUST READ ✌🏼 Our place is home away from home and 8 miles from downtown. It has 4 bedrooms (6 beds), tons of games, fire pit, grill and a light strung patio. There are plenty of places to relax! The kitchen is fully stocked. Parking on property. Check in 3PM- Out 11AM Early/late extra 75 dollars. *NO PETS* Unauthorized party $1000 fee. Party = more than the 12 person limit. NO exceptions. $100 fee for smoking inside. $500 if anything is found in toilet drain and needs plumber.

Devindra, was very communicative, and went above and beyond. Any questions or concerns, were answered in a timely manor. The place was pristine, and the details did not go unnoticed. The kitchen was more than functional and the rooms were comfortable, and equipped. The beds, pillows, linens, ect were exceptionally comfortable. We also appreciated the amenities. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

This is a great place for a large group- the decor is lovely and fun and the bathrooms and kitchen have been gorgeously renovated. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and the large TV and couch in the living room is great for watching sports or a movie. The street is quiet, but the area is still…… gentrifying and is most likely not where you will be wanting to eat, shop and go out, but then house is very comfortable and a great place to come back to.

Don made us feel right at home, and provided several lovely touches unique to our visit. You’d be hard-pressed to find a more friendly and accommodating host, and the space has EVERYTHING you might need during your stay. Our family of five and two dogs enjoyed relaxing together on the patio, and playing games in the large family room. We are looking forward to returning again soon!

Harley accommodated us for any request we had and was the perfect host. Having a great host makes renting a place and working around any request much simpler and gives you more time to enjoy your stay. The place was perfect for us as we visited for the Kill Tony show, which the house made it great for a fun hangout before and after since we were close to downtown. The house looked exactly as described Thanks again!
