Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 4, the question arises as to what the bigger highlight is: the brilliant panoramic view over the lake. Or the overwhelming roof terrace, from which you will not get tired of enjoying it. Come and decide for yourself.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

There is a permaculture garden with chickens and a forest for hikes. If you want to go from nature to the big city, you only have to drive about 20 minutes to Leipzig. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. There is an oven and even a bathtub. Right in front of the house is a fireplace just for you.
