The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large and surrounding wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset without losing sight of the lake.

Our newly renovated 60 m² apartment with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower and spacious dining room/kitchen is available as accommodation from 6/1/2025. The magnificent beach of Lake Zwenkau is just 300 meters away and the unique Zwenkau floodplain forest basically begins right at your doorstep.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

The integrated floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the Zwenkau harbor and at the same time provide pleasant daylight. Thanks to its integrated heating, the trailer is also well equipped for fall and winter.
