Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.

EARRA - Amalur - 5-9 minutes from centre and beach

Construction work in the building entrance until the end of March; noise is possible. To access the elevator, you must go up to the first floor via the stairs. It has 3 bedrooms: the main bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony, the second bedroom with double bed and the third bedroom with two single beds. Spacious living-dining room with natural light and access to the balcony, ideal for watching the sunset.
