Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!

Exceptional sunsets, magnificent sunrises. In the middle of the forest... after crossing a few kilometers of tracks through a lush forest, you reach paradise... A place to rest. THERE IS INTERNET. But if you wish, you can request to disconnect it to enjoy 100% peace and relaxation.

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. A beautiful 30 m2 terrace overlooking the mountain and the surrounding meadows, not overlooked, will offer you convivial moments around the plancha.

Beautiful extension completely renovated, it offers a quiet resting space, on two levels. When you wake up, you will enjoy the birdsong, tranquility and freshness of the oak grove that surrounds it. From there you will have access to a dozen hikes (GR8, GR10), to many sites: Sare caves, Basque House, Rhune train, Spain.
