Beachfront vacation rentals in Zubovići

House Idro is an island of tranquility. There are only a few houses throughout the bay. We were there in early May, there were hardly any other house occupied except for us. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We always had hot water and plenty of electricity. It was very clean and the communication with the homeowners was very friendly. As described, the road to the house is very slowly passable. We will be back.

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

Great location, warm welcome on arrival, house keys to hand, explained all in detail. No need to contact during the stay, all working as expected! Ready and available as soon as we send a message to return keys. Little present was a nice touch. Thank you! We had great time!

We had a great stay at Sara’s apartment. Her dad gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived very late. The private spot at the ocean was especially beautiful. We really enjoyed having breakfast and spending our time there and had a swim in the ocean every day. Lou, the housekeepers dog, was very friendly, tried to „save“ us from falling into the ocean and occasionally joined us if we still managed to jump in. Overall we had a great stay, would come back any time and can definitely recommend the place.

We were enchanted by Dunja’s home on the waterfront. It was private, peaceful, surrounded by greenery and close to our daily outings. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Loved the terraces and shore front seating areas. The water was lovely on sunny days. Dunja was there to greet us, show us around, provide advice on places to see, restaurants and history of the area. She is attentive, helpful, accessible and very well informed. We highly recommend her home and hope to visit again.

We were hosted very well by Katica. The accommodation is as described and the location is ideal for going to the beach and for walking to the city center (30 minutes along the sea) When we arrived at the accommodation we were greeted with water and fresh fruit as well as a bottle of wine. Thanks so much to Katica for her availability and kindness.

We had a wonderful stay on the island of Rab. The house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach – the perfect location for a relaxing bathing holiday. It was particularly pleasant that there were no direct neighbors, so we could enjoy our time completely undisturbed. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back! Definitely recommend!

Loved this villa. Cannot find fault in the villa or the host. Went above and beyond with the little extras - wine, bowl of fruit, dressing gowns for each guest and recommendations, particularly as we didn’t hire a car and were slightly out of season, so was such a personalised service. Was also flexible with check in/out. The location is lovely albeit remote, but felt like a private beach/sea access. The host has catered perfectly for the villa, area, location with amenities in the villa- bikes, paddle board, games, tv, little goals, pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is so well equipped too. The host Lidija Responds to messages quick and efficiently and checks in from time to time to check all ok and if can assist further. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all good size and modern. Beds are so comfy. There’s even a pool man to clean and maintain the pool and jacuzzi twice per week. We were a family of 5 of mixed ages and all had the best time and really want to return.

Very good service and ideal location, however a renewal of the bedding would be to consider ( we felt the springs of the mattress) for the rest bed linen and cleanliness nothing to complain about , I recommend

We had a very pleasant stay at this place. The host was welcoming us personally and told us all we needed to know. There were even drinks in the fridge. The kitchen is very well equipped and suitable for 8 persons. If there are questions, the host is more than willing to answer and help us. The swimming pool is very clean and cool and a musthave with such pretty warm temperatures outside. We would definitely recommend this place to you! This may have been our favorite vacation home to date! The home had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 tweens to spend time together and apart. It was less than a minute walk to the beach and in walking distance to the downtown area. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive, and even stopped by to clean the pool halfway into our stay. The weather was a bit finicky (springtime weather), but we were able to still relax in the hot tub and on the roof deck. If planning a spring trip, just know that it is the off-season so many restaurants were closed. However, there were a lot of grocery options nearby (in walking and driving distance). We would be thrilled to come back!!!!

Our family vacation was perfect. Everything was just the same as the photos. The amenities in the house were lacking in nothing. The house was really very clean. The location was quiet and it was really just a few steps to the sea. The pool was cleaned several times early in the morning. After a week's stay, new linens were offered. Replacement towels were in the closet. There were small shops in the village. For larger purchases we drove 15 min to get everything. There are also nice restaurants in the village - great. Contact with Tomislav and Marta on site went smoothly. Marta was always accessible and gave us tips ! All in all, I can recommend this place purest heart, it was really fantastic.

Marija and her brother Frane were very great hosts who were quick to communicate with. The modern house is divided into two separate apartments, which are almost identically constructed (the lower apartment also has a separate toilet) The pool with some salt water and the built-in whirlpool jets is an absolute highlight and was pleasantly warm even in the colder evening hours. Overall, the entire property and house was very clean and spacious, which makes the stay of a larger group very pleasant. To Zadar you drive approx. 20-25 minutes, but there are also some good and delicious restaurants relatively close within a short drive.

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. Marko was the best host - always communicating, checking that everything is fine, giving local advice. Kali is a very nice place and we had a great holiday - we hope to be back. Thank you

A friendly host and a great stay for two couples and a dog for an autumn break. The beach is within walking distance and Paklenica National Park is a short drive away.

We had a very nice family vacation, the location of the property with the two mobile homes is great. Vlado and Sanda are always reachable and helpful. A fruit/ vegetable merchant and an ice cream truck came by daily, which was convenient because there is no shop nearby. Those who love sea and nature are in the right place.

It was a great stay in Croatia. Peaceful place with an amazing view from balcony. It was worth to visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Ana's place and highly recommend. The apartment offers a beautiful view from two balconies. Here I could enjoy the sunrise every day. The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless and it was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Particularly impressive was the proximity to a beautiful bay, ideal for swimming and relaxing. In addition, many other picturesque coves are easily accessible. The cute little harbor nearby is perfect for an evening walk and offers numerous opportunities for activities such as cycling and boat tours. The surrounding area is also ideal for excursions. A special thank you goes to the attentive hostess, who even picked me up from the ferry, showed me the apartment and gave me many valuable tips for my stay. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall perfect for relaxing holidays!

Our stay at Dolores' was excellent as always. Communication was easy and the place was clean and as pictured. Absolutely recommended also thanks to the terrace! We will be back :)

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.
