Very nice place to stay ! Hostess great

We stayed here for a 2 nights at the start of our holiday and arrived late at night. Check in was easy and it was easy to find in the old town. Marija had provided a high chair and cot for our baby which were prepared and excellent - thank you. The apartment is in the middle of the old town and makes everything easy to get to. A small supermarket is round the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. Car parks are close by too, we hired a car and managed to get parking close to the apartment just outside the old walls. The balcony was great, it's safe for children and enclosed. The only couple of points to mention that I think other people have said - the apartment is at the top of the building and no lift, so lots of stairs - but we knew this and were ok with this. We also stayed on Friday and Saturday nights so you can sometimes hear some distance background music from bar/club but this is the be expected and it didn't wake the kids - so we were happy! Excellent place to stay!

We had our bachelor party with 10 men in Zadar and it was fantastic! The rented house with pool, sauna and hot tub was just perfect for our group. There were also some attractions in the area that were good for excursions. Especially in the evening we loved the lively old town – great atmosphere and really good clubs. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). We loved our time at this enchanting wonderland! It is like stepping into a magical story book. The cabin is so unique and amazingly crafted, the hosts are very kind and responsive, and the surroundings are so beautiful! We hope to return some day and continue exploring the wonders of Plitvice.

Josip is a nice host, responds quickly, is friendly and very helpful. There is also a lot of privacy. The apartment is spacious, practical and is in a fantastic location with sea views. The beach is within walking distance, 10 minutes, with a height difference of about 50 meters. There are 2 cozy beach bars for a snack and a drink.

Very spacious house in a secluded area but quite convenient for exploring all the surroundings. Owners who live downstairs are friendly and very kind! Great stay!

Cutest, coziest place ever! Great location close to fun city center. Our hosts were so friendly and flexible about our arrival, we really appreciated it. The space was so clean and cozy, recently remodeled with everything you need and the bed was so comfortable as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Best sea house we ever visited. If you like quiet and peaceful place, this is the best you can find. There is nice terrace hidden in shadow of trees. We were there in early june and everything was very green. We were there with children and they loved it. House is nice and clean, hosts are very nice and helpful.

We stayed with a tour group of 8 people in the complex and had a very very nice stay there. We didn't miss anything. Overall very well maintained including outdoor area with pool. The location was also appealing, as we were able to reach everything important in minutes by car. However, here is the indication that a car is beneficial. Communication with the landlords also went smoothly. Conclusion: All in all very good!

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.
