Apartment vacation rentals in Zola Predosa

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We spent the Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is unpaved, but easy to travel and worth it for the tranquility that is found. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the patio covered with curtains that shelter you from the sun and wind, perfect for outdoor breakfast or lunch. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is nearby if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature!

Super clean and cozy apartment, felt just like home. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transport, coffee shops, restaurants, and very convenient for events at the Unipol Arena. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and towels smelled fresh and were nice and clean. Viviana was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, with helpful explanations, local tips, and a kind attitude that made us feel comfortable and cared for. One of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Recommended!

Absolutely must-see experience. Convenient reserved parking! Beautiful accommodation, super clean and very spacious...! It felt like you were at home. Equipped with all comforts...! Also a vacuum cleaner and washing machine. They are also very attentive to recycling! Host Chiara is super caring and attentive...! We will definitely be coming back!

First, the kindness and professionalism of the host were remarkable, with care about aspects all around the accommodation, such as transport, highlights to visit, information about restaurants, and so on. Also, very clear and honest rules of accommodation, with no surprises, which made me feel safe. Second, the pristine state of the apartment. Thoroughly cleaned and with care. This place is in a very busy neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. But also the apartment was very quiet in spite of the loud street outside. I slept heat and loved having the nightlife nearby. Walking to central Bologna was easy and about 12-15 minutes from the flat.

We had a great time in the Home32 Snc Apartment in Bologna. The accommodation matched the photos: simple, modern, clean, and practical, with everything needed for a few days in the city – from cookware to a washing machine, which we found particularly handy. The hosts were always very responsive and friendly and communication was transparent and helpful. The sleeping area, separated by a curtain, felt cozy. The flat is on the ground floor with a glass door to the street, which seemed unusual but worked fine. The location was also great for us, as it's a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and the same applies to the city centre. If you don't have a problem with a lot of walking, it's ideal! It was also relatively quiet. The only thing that was a pity was that there was no real classic window - either a skylight or frosted glass, but we mostly stayed outside anyway. We would definitely recommend this relaxed accommodation and thank you for a great stay!

Place was beautiful and well kept. So charismatic and charming. Anna Lisa made us a welcome cake and even offered us rides to the nearest bus station several times! She definitely went above and beyond! Must have a solid plan for transportation! It’s beautiful but not quick to get to from Bologna.

But what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of Arianna, who went above and beyond (sending an extensive list of recommendations) to ensure our stay was memorable. Spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and with a host who clearly cares, this is more than just a place to stay – it's an experience. Highly, highly recommended! Arianna notified us well before arrival that the life (elevator) was down for repairs and if this was an issue then a refund would not be an issue, but we proceeded nonetheless, however, we appreciated the prior warning.

Andrea’s apartment is wonderful and perfect for a few days in Modena. Close to everything, from Piazza Maggiore to Piazza Sto Stefano or the train station and also with very nice places nearby. The flat was clean, bright, spacious and the internet was excellent. A+

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect, the property and the building are classic Bologna architecture, the beds are very comfortable (sheets are super soft), and the apartment is very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS location! Bars, restaurants and cafes were right outside of the front door. If you want to be in the heart of old town, in the most superior location, you need to stay here. We would definitely come back.
