House vacation rentals in Zocca

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Villetta incantevole nel relax totale. Tanto spazio verde e una bellissima piscina... tutto solo per noi. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e gentile. Un'esperienza da ripere, consigliatissimo! Un saluto da Fede e Kevin

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem charmanten Airbnb in der Toskana. Das Haus bietet sowohl innen als auch außen viele Möglichkeiten zum Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht über die weite Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight – ideal für gemütliche Abende im Freien. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat schnell auf alle Fragen reagiert. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Siamo stati solo 3 giorni e purtroppo abbiamo incontrato cattivo tempo, ma questo non ci ha impedito di sfruttare l'immenso giardino che con due bambini piccoli è stata la salvezza🙂 La casa offre molti spazi (eravamo due famiglie) lasciando modo di avere la giusta tranquillità e privacy all'occorrenza. Alessandro è stato molto disponibile e gentile e la sua mamma, che abbiamo conosciuto prima di andarcene, è una signora molto simpatica e affabile.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! Fantastische locatie, mooi rustig tussen de olijfbomen met een uitzonderlijk fraai uitzicht! Je kunt hier helemaal tot rust komen en toch is er genoeg te zien/ervaren/proeven in de omgeving!

Super fijne plek om op vakantie te zijn. Paola en haar ouders zijn heel vriendelijk en de plek waar ze wonen is prachtig. Er is een hele mooie tuin met fruitbomen, alles is goed onderhouden. Het huisje heeft een fijn privézitje buiten. Het zwembad is groot en super schoon. Daarnaast een goede uitvalsbasis voor Lucca en Florence. Kortom: echt een aanrader!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Byly jsme zde ubytovány 3 rodiny (6 dospělých a 4 děti ve věku od 2 do 5 let). již jsme zde byli ubytovaní v loňském roce a stejně jako loni, i letos bylo vše skvělé. navíc byla letos zrekonstruovaná druhá koupelna, takže obě byly nové a moderní. hostitel byl velmi vstřícný již při rezervaci pobytu. navíc nám zajistil třetí dětskou postýlku, v den příjezdu nám umožnil dřívější ubytování a v den odjezdu nám umožnil pozdější odjezd, což jsme s malými dětmi velmi ocenili. každý den byl čištěn bazén, který jsme nakonec kvůli počasí využili jen na začátku pobytu. s malými dětmi jsme ocenili velkou oplocenou zahradu.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. Lara e la sua famiglia sono persone autentiche, di una gentilezza e semplicità disarmanti. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort, immersa in un paesaggio tranquillo e pittoresco. A soli 10 minuti d’auto c’è Gallicano, comoda per ogni necessità. E se non si ha voglia di cucinare, la cucina casalinga di Lara è imperdibile: genuina e deliziosa. Un’esperienza che consigliamo di cuore.

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend staying a few days in this beautiful cottage. The gardens are gorgeous, the view is stunning, the surrounds are peaceful. Filippo, his family and the staff were very kind and generous. Their hospitality was second to none. Graciela’s cooking was beautiful and delicious. Filippo was very generous, offering us food (ice creams and a beautiful pie) and several bottles of wine, and we did not feel like leaving at the end. The animals were a plus (5 friendly dogs, a cat, and some turtles!). Everything was perfect and we are so grateful for our time here. Thank you!

Daniela and Filippo are beyond super host, welcoming kind and responsive. I was lucky to meet Daniela upon arrival and get to know Fllippo who helped me with every single inquiry during my stay promptly. The apartment is neat, location is good and it has everything I needed and more. It will be always my choice in Bologna. Thank you so much for everything.

A beautiful home with the most magnificent view and surroundings! Getting there: We drove SUV cars, which is reccomended as the road to the house is quite steep. Drive to the house via the small town Eglio. The house: The house is beautiful! Every room has a stunning chestnut ceiling and the interior is kept simple but elegant. It is easy to cook own meals in the lovely kitchen. Everything is clean and tidy! The owner: Due to traffical issues from Bologna, we arrived a couple of hours late, but owner of the house Richard was very kind and did not make an issue of this. Richard was also kind to reccomend a local chestnut festival which we attended. Lovely to experience local culture and food. Where to go: We used the house as a base to travel to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Pietrasanta (town for people interested in art). It is reccomended to take the train from Lucca to Florence (1½ house) and Pisa (½ hour). Easy and accessable. And the trip via the mountains to the ocean is lovely.

Nice and big town house in Bagni di Lucca. House has 3 floors and 3 bedrooms. House is very well equipped and allow you to have a nice and convenient stay. There is a garden with a swimming pool shared with the other houses. City with restaurants and supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. You can also walk there, there are stairs on your left at the end of the street, they are quite steep but you can be in town in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the stay!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Finka von Leonardo :-) die Finka liegt auf einem sehr schönen Hügel mit einem tollen Blick ins Tal. In der Finka findet man insgesamt vier Badezimmer und somit reichlich Platz, um auch mit bis zu 10 Personen morgens schnell fertigzuwerden. Außerdem ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer inkl. Fernseher enthalten, wo man auch mal gemeinsam ein wenig Zeit drinnen verbringen kann, wenn es einem draußen zu warm wird. Der Außenbereich ist auch super mit einem Holzkohlegrill, einer Veranda mit genügend Platz und noch ein wenig Liegefläche. Der Pool ist 20-30 Meter vom Haus entfernt und sehr groß. Grundausstattung ist (entgegen der Beschreibung) übrigens auch enthalten! Bei sonstigen Angelegenheiten ist Leonardo immer hilfsbereit. Zwei Tipps noch für die Unterkunft: Bringt Mücken-/Bremsenspray (v.a. Für den Pool abends) mit und am besten genug Reifenprofil und PS, um die Anfahrt hoch auf den Hügel zu meistern. 10/10 would recommend! :-)

Superbe maison toscane, pleine d’âme et d’un charme inouï. Lieu magique, au milieu des oliviers et de collines avec de beaux petits villages. À proximité de plusieurs lieux d’intérêt. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

I rented Romina’s place to be able to spend time with family and friends from Germany and England. It was the perfect spot. We were able to travel with the car or rail to the tourist attractions and return every day to a peaceful home with beautiful sunsets. Very relaxing. Very inviting. Perfect for what I was seeking. Yes you need a car. And yes at first the roads are unlike anything in Canada 🙂 but I quickly got used to driving them and found a great parking place in Lucca and then would go from there. The home is very spacious and the garden a real treat. It has everything that you need for a long stay and i recommend a long stay. I would wake up to birds and cooing chickens (no rooster) every morning. I would love to come back one day. Romina has someone change the sheets and towels once per week which is extremely lovely and unusual for Airbnb. Romina herself is super helpful. So friendly and easy going. I recommend this place without any reservations. Thank you Romina! Ciao Bell

Sehr schöne, top gepflegte Villa mit wunderschönem Garten. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da man von Montecatini Terme aus noch circa 15 Minuten den Berg hochfahren muss, um an die Unterkunft zu gelangen. Das wird aber mit einem atemberaubenden Blick belohnt. Cristina ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut zu erreichen. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Paul war ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen.
