Built and furnished with great attention to detail and natural materials, large terrace, Organic / stone pine sauna, it is 200 meters to the snow-covered ski route (black slope) to Aschau, asphalted mountain road (!), cleared well in winter, leads in approx. 4 km from the valley up to the holiday home, in winter winter tires required, bring snow chains !!

Our guests have at their disposal: a large living room, new kitchen, sunny conservatory, bedroom, small bedroom, anteroom, bathroom, toilet.
