Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. Two bedrooms, one study room with dining table + fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom: one double bed and two single beds and small table for work or dining. Second bedroom: one double bed, bookshelves and even smaller desk for work. An apartment is located in first floor, we (me and my family) accommodate ground floor. In basement is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, also ski preparation room, bike storage. Parking lot is just next to the house.
