Peace & Quiet In A Tuscan Hill Top Discovery

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Little House in Tereglio with Fireplace

Our beautiful and cozy house is located in the charming village of Tereglio in the beautiful Serchio valley in the province of Lucca, 6 km from the nature reserve of the Orrido di Botri and 10 km from the Canyon Park adventure park. The house is in the center of the village; the parking lot is about 60 m away. Accommodation facilities are present. The house is a great base for visiting nearby towns such as Barga and Coreglia, both of which are among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Hausbe Room is located near the center of Bagni di Lucca. It has been renovated in a modern Tuscan style to make your stay comfortable. The apartment was converted from a larger villa that borders a forest of chestnut and acacia trees. The difference in height between the main road and the house means that you can enjoy the natural environment without losing contact with the town center, which is only 1.5 km away and 3.5 km from the station.
