Antonio is a fantastic host. Super responsive and very helpful especially with recommendations for local walks and for helping with animal health certificate requirements for returning to the UK. The house was big enough for the 11 of us and there was plenty for all of us to do for the whole week we were there. Any issues we had were resolved incredibly quickly by Antonio. Just a short walk from the house is a lovely little cafe that sells baguettes, coffee and some alcohol - very reasonably priced but please note only takes cash which caught us out on our first visit. We visited Balmaseda a couple of times which has an incredible bakery which I would very much recommend. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk but we didn’t get the train whilst we were there - it may have been quicker to get to bilbao and something to check out if you visit again. Feel at home 🫶🏼 A great experience! We'll be back. My partner and I went with our dog to celebrate my birthday and we couldn't have been better. The apartment, the surroundings, the area, everything was great. The apartment is as shown in the photos, cozy, charming, clean and super well-kept. We were greeted by Maria and Asier, a lovely couple. Very close and attentive from the first moment. With a very relaxed conversation, they help in everything that is in their power. We'll be back soon! We were at an ideal temperature for what it's doing in our area now! We would have stayed. The recommendations of things to do and where to eat that they gave us, were super accurate. Thank you for everything!

Really lovely hosts always ensuring everything was just perfect. Very thoughtful leaving little local gifts of yoghurt and fruit for us. It is a very quiet place, great views and walks close by. I would say hire car important to explore the local Urdaubai area.

Great place and very accommodating

Absolutely perfect, in every way. The house is located in a peaceful haven but with everything you need within 5 min drive, ideal for enjoying a peaceful evening after a day at the beach or walking. Our 3-year-old daughter felt at home there, which was especially convenient on rainy days. I recommend it without reservation, and our hotel was extremely pleasant and responsive. Thank you again for this relaxing vacation.

From the second I booked the beautiful villa in Sunbilla with Carmen and José, they took great care of advising with best activities, supporting with arrival and providing a wonderful clean home with all necessary amenities. We especially loved the restaurant elotxuri and the lake in natural reserve. We would love to come back when the pool is open next time. Thank you Carmen and José!

A 10-star accommodation, with an exceptional host, attentive, taking care of all the details and available for any questions or queries. Unbeatable kindness and service. The accommodation is very quiet and conveys a lot of peace, making you feel right at home. It doesn't lack anything. Spectacular garden, we really enjoyed it and especially our dog. If the occasion arises, we wouldn't hesitate to repeat it.

We had a great time at Sarah and William's who were available and welcomed us warmly. The accommodation is very cozy, the park is amazing and secure which is a plus if you come with your dog. Many walks are within walking distance from the accommodation. We'll come back for longer next time!!!

Wow, what great house. The location is absolutely stunning in a little village with beautiful mountain views. The house itself is great—they’ve done a great job renovating and the whole thing feels very new and fresh and clean. A perfect place for a peaceful escape. Great communication as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We came to spend a family weekend at Iulia and Alistair's and what can I say? Their house is a haven of peace: the terrace, the animals, the river, the small touches… Everything was perfect! 🌞 We only had a small hot water problem but it was fixed very quickly thanks to Iulia's availability! Thanks again! We'll definitely come back to spend some nice days here!

the house is great for groups (up to 30, I think they can fit in without problems) It has a large dining room, lots of dishes, a BBQ area and a large garden! the only thing is that the bathrooms are outside the rooms.

The accommodation and its hosts, exceptional. The house offers many possibilities to enjoy the outdoors, games and exceptional livability and comfort. It's worth spending enough time to enjoy both the house and the surroundings. The hosts are attentive at all times, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area to be able to make visits, excursions... Looking forward to repeating. Thank you for everything.

Excellent stay of 4 days with friends in this house for the Biarritz half marathon. Sébastien is a great host, always very responsive and very flexible on arrival and departure times when possible. The house is as described, no surprises. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We had a wonderful stay, Delphine and her husband are very welcoming, the accommodation has more than necessary in terms of amenities, the outdoor area is very nice and peaceful, no noise, perfect quiet place to relax. Ideal location close to all the places of interest on the Basque coast (cities to visit, beaches within 15 minutes, Spain, etc.). We would definitely stay again and can only recommend this place :)

Very good welcome from Jean-Michel, quiet accommodation, very clean and comfortable. We stay in the Basque country very regularly: this is the 1st time we have not been disturbed by flies, even though the accommodation is 100m from a farm. Very nice bedding too. We highly recommend this rental and will surely return for 1 stay in the heart of nature.

Wonderful setting and a very cozy house, very large, with a fireplace and a gallery. Everything was very clean, a bathroom in each room and it was beautifully decorated. The ceilings with wooden beams are spectacular. The deal with Txomin was great, he was very friendly and left us eggs, bread and homemade pacharán as a welcome gift.
