Remarkable and outstanding stay at Wilf and Katja’s waterfront studio The hosts deserve their superhost status, they are nice, friendly, flexible and simply adorable. Their home as typically a home away from home with magnificent views on the lake, quiet and peaceful environment and very cosy and confortable. Definitely will come back on my next trip to Amsterdam

Ideal for a small family or a small group of friends who wants to see Amsterdam and most famous tourist attractions around it. Only 20-30 minutes to most places and everthing is easily accesible by car or public transport. Registration is easy and flexible - even if you arrive/leave late or very early. This is our third time staying at Tine’s cottage over the past nearly ten years. It feels like a home away from home. We love Tine and she treats everyone like family. In case you don’t know already, this cottage sits on a quiet street, with its own private parking, entrance, and privacy. It is a very short walk into the backside of Zaanse Schans by the Windmills. You can borrow one of Tine’s many bicycles or simply walk the flat peaceful lanes into the open air park and experience clogs making, cheesemaking, stroopwafels, historic homes and neighborhoods well preserved, shops and gifts, a museum, and the most beautiful intact and functioning windmills you’ll find anywhere in the area - plus much more. It’s only 7-8 minutes to the Zaanse Schans train station and a straight shot in 15 minutes on the train to Centraal Station. Also very easy to get to Keukenhof via train, car, bus, etc. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. Our favorite spot out of all we’ve stayed at in Holland!
