From the studio, it is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry line connecting IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes. Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Enjoy the nature reserve and the mills while walking in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop for public transport to Amsterdam is 50 meters away, 30 minutes to the center of Amsterdam! The price includes bed linen, kitchen linen, bath towels and taxes.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
