Maria did a very good job of making a weekend get away feel like home. stocked with all the amenities you'd need and much more. A very clean space and a very nice design . The area and neighbors were respectful, parking was easy, and the patio was very soothing. thank you for the beautiful weekend .

Absolutely adored the accommodations! It was super comfortable, and restful between my dental appointments. I felt safe throughout my stay, with the gate security, little compound that surrounded the duplex. I enjoyed morning coffee out in the patio area and listening to the birds. I hope to stay again next year, but this time with my other half as I know he would thoroughly enjoy this hidden gem as much as I did. Thank you, and hope to return again!

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

Karlos's cute 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable, clean, and quiet! The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Karlos and Nidia were very responsive, nice, and gave great details/ instructions with pictures to get into the suite. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Nice apartment . Private . Pool outside your door. Conveniently located to hospital .

The home was a clean, safe and comfortable place to rest for a few days. The neighborhood was mostly quiet (even being close to a school) and it was an enjoyable time! I would definitely stay again, and I probably plan to.

This place is perfect, impeccably clean, comfortable and with everything you need for an excellent stay, I would give it 10 stars but there are only 5 available 😉 Highly recommend
