There is a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with gas oven/stove, and dining area. Enjoy a heated pool, and patio. Enjoy three golf courses in with a five-minute drive. Historic Downtown, with the Yuma, the Territorial Prison, Colorado River, are a 20-minute drive.
