Absolutely amazing place and amazing hosts. We felt so at home here. we will definitely use this home again when we return to Yuma.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed there for my daughters wedding and it was only 4 streets from their place so nice and close. Never stayed in an AirBNB before but my sister son and his girlfriend and I felt right at home. Much better experience than staying in a hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Had no issues at all and we had so much fun. Thank you

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. Park across the street was a hidden gem, that gave us direct access for our pets to walk and play around. Wouldn’t hesitate to book location again in the future. A+++ Hosts

One of the best stays we've had in the Yuma/Somerton/San Luis area. My family appreciated every aspect of the home, the layout and hospitality. clean, safe and comfortable. We felt right at home. Rhea was beyond accommodating.

Mr.Phong was more than helpful! My family and I were staying at his Air BnB until our apartment was available. Unfortunately the apartment was not ready when it was suppose to be. Mr.Phong allowed me to extend my stay at least 4 times. We stayed here for about 2 months and it felt like home. So much like home, I asked how much it would be for a 6 month lease! I also had requested a couple household items and he provided the items with in a timely manor! The main thing I like is the shaded parking. that’s crucial here in YUMA,AZ. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay.

My Family came into town from Idaho, and i needed an Airbnb to stay for 3nights, let me tell you I felt like I was right at home, very nice stay, definitely a top 3 Airbnb that I have stayed at.

Easy to follow instructions, great open space. Didn’t mind our dogs, which is always a plus. Love the dance studio turned airbnb- made me want to dance around the whole place!

Leslie is wonderful and the house is amazing! This is our 4th time renting and plan to continue to rent yearly.

We loved our stay at Katies in Yuma. Visited the ares to celebrate my Dads birthday. There was plenty of room for two couples and the house was big and comfy so everyone had room and quiet, even our kiddo. And the sunsets! Incedible.

Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind.

It is a new house. Everything is new. The 65 inch TV is amazing. The host is also very nice. I used the backyard hose to wash my car. It is value added service. We quite enjoyed living in the house near by boarder. The only thing I am not used to is the community water quality. The shower water is soapy and sticky to me . It should be the locals issue.

We enjoyed this lovely home in a peaceful quiet area! It was a very easy checkin & our hostess had clear directions & was responsive when we messaged. The rooms were all nice sized & clean! We only needed 4 nights, but it was a 5 night minimum….so made it more expensive for us. We knew that ahead of time, but probably won’t book it again because of that. The main suggestion is for new sheets, as they had the little ‘pills’ that aren’t as comfortable as smooth sheets….but they were clean. Overall we had a very nice stay here!

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at Desert Place and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The place is extremely comfortable and provided a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for relaxation. The pool was a highlight of the stay, private, heated, clean, and refreshing. The host, David, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing any questions or needs. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

This casitas was restful, spanking clean and decorated so tastefully. For those of you with back issues, it has a recliner you can sleep in, as well as washing macine and dryer for those who like to travel light. A little fireplace adds a nice warm touch at night. It is about half an hour from Algodones, an easy drive. I highly recommend this stay. Frances and Doug have provided all you need

we felt right at home the pool was great we couldn't hear any pool noise from the house while a baby was sleeping comfy beds nice pool toys and towels the shower in the garage was great so you can wash off the pool water before going in the home we will reach out to stay here again for our next family gathering

Marcial’s instructions were clear, the place was private and very clean, it was peaceful at night and it had all the basics anyone would need for a comfortable stay. The host also provided coffee for you to make yourself in the morning and it was nice to have a desk for working. We were happy we picked this place as an overnight stay!

I really enjoyed my stay. The Quirky House has such a great vibe. You feel like you are at home. My husband originally wanted to stay at a hotel because he was reluctant at staying at a Airbnb. When he saw this house he immediately thanked me because he really liked the house, the vibe and of course the great host. Thank you for being an amazing host and for the accommodations. I will be staying here again!

Great host, an amazing place next to the golf course at the foothills with beautiful views you couldn't ask for more.I don't think I can never stay in an r.V park again
