Apartment vacation rentals in Yuma County

my husband and I stayed for 3 days it was nice, peaceful and comfortable. loved the 2nd restroom out in back patio. The only thing that I didn't like was I wasn't able to cook anything cause stove didn't work nor the other heating appliances that was there. would stay again and definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great stay! Well equipped kichen, and very clean! The back patio was lovely and had a hummingbird feeder! We made them some sugar water and thoroughly enjoyed watching them from inside. The clothes steamer was very useful to remove wrinkles from traveling.

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

The nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far! Karlos’ place is a hidden gem. Comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely clean with everything you need. We had our own parking spot off the street right in front of the entrance and loved the gated entrance. It added another level of privacy. When we walked into the home it was refreshing after being in the Arizona heat, the air conditioning works great. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor and size of the home, it was much larger than we expected! The home was so clean and nicely put together, we felt like we were the first people to stay there! Karlos literally has the home stocked with anything you could possibly need! Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper, pool towels, Tupperware, a stocked coffee bar, cooking utensils, oils and a couple seasonings for cooking, and the pool was fantastic! The place was truly outstanding and our family can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Karlos

Absolutely perfection. The photos doesn’t do this Airbnb justice. It is far more attractive and beautiful inside as well as outdoor patio. This Airbnb is truly an out of the park home run smash it. Anyone who is in the Yuma area must check out Maria’s property. She’s a phenomenal host. The Airbnb is phenomenal, hands-down and has everything that you need the perfect stay in the city. Next time I’m in the area I will be sure to stay at her place.

What a sweet spot!! After a full day of travel this place was a welcome respite! We were so tired we didn’t see the unlock button at first even though we looked for it, thanks for the patience and your help! 😊 The apt. Is well cared for and had amenities we needed, like a real freezer! And everything was pristine clean. The cooling system worked great and was quiet not cycling loudly like some for a good nights rest. And the neighborhood was off the highway and any main roads so very peaceful and quiet. We will consider resting there again if we can get it on our next visit through Yuma. Thank you!!😊

A great place to stay to get to know Yuma. Easy access to the highway and easy access to the rest of Yuma. Cinthya is a great host and always responsive and very willing to do anything she is asked. We did have an internal door that needed attention during our stay and the repairman was there within the hour. Thanks Cinthya we will be contacting you for future Air BNB stays in Yuma.
