Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

El Lugar nos pareció muy agradable, en una zona residencial pero cerca de Plazas y restaurantes. salida cercana a periférico y la zona de Cholul y los Heroes. Todo muy agradable.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

Lugar súper cómodo, muy limpio, súper bonito y muy recomendado, Mary es súper atenta y está muy al pendiente en todo momento, el lugar cumplió con todas las expectativas, lo recomiendo ampliamente y espero regresar pronto.

Marilyn es una gran anfitriona. En la llegada incluso nos ayudó con las maletas y nos explicó todo súper bien. Estuvo siempre al pendiente. El complejo de edificios súper tranquilo y a la vez te ofrece atracciones como las albercas y la Laguna 10/10 con la posibilidad de hacer Kayac. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento en general, muy limpia y los baños también estaban limpios y de buen gusto, la piscina también estaba muy bonita y cómoda, nos vamos muy satisfechos y agradezco mucho a la señorita Claudia por tan buen servicio 👍🏼

Gabriel est un hôte super sympathique et accueillant. Le logement est vieux mais très propre. Très tranquille. Belle terrasse avec plein de plantes. Il est près du ferry Ultramar qui nous amène à l’île des femmes. Parfait endroit pour visiter Cancun.

Splendida piscina molto apprezzata visto il caldo, quartiere abbastanza vicino al centro e comunque comodo da raggiungere in 10min di macchina.

This was an amazing Airbnb that I’d happily stay in again and recommend to others! The space was beautiful, we especially loved the hammock and the pool in the courtyard. There was plenty of room to unpack our things which made this space perfect to spend a week in Tulum!

Alojarnos con Ninfa fue un placer. La ubicación era perfecta, caminando podimos visitar algunos lugares del pueblo la casa era acogedora y limpia, y Ninfa siempre estuvo disponible para responder nuestras preguntas, las recomendaciones de los lugares a visitar y lugares donde comer super bien muy buena comida. si regresamos es seguro que nos quedemos con ella nuevamente¡ Muy recomendable!

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb is literally right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location to the beach, to restaurants and to shops. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the balconies during our stay because of the strong smell of seaweed which was bulldozed into a pile right outside. Not a fault of the Airbnb, and we would certainly book again. We just lucked out and went when the Southern winds were particularly strong, which washed a ton of seaweed to shore.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how immaculate and well-maintained the property was. The space is incredibly stylish, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where you can enjoy the turquoise waters and sandy shores. Not to mention, it’s situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen, making it super convenient to explore the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife. You’re never far from everything you want to experience, yet the area around the Airbnb remains peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Luis Carlos was very responsive, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I has a beautiful pool & gym.

El lugar queda como a 15 min de la playa está a una calle de la carretera Colosio. Es acogedor, no tenía las hamacas. La piscina estaba limpia, tiene cosas de higiene básicos. Buena seguridad de puertas.

Pasamos un increíble tiempo toda la familia fue feliz seguro que algún día regresaremos, mi familia de Barcelona se enamoró de las instalaciones

This is an amazing condo, and Xavier is a fantastic host. The condo is located in Playacar, a very beautiful and safe neighborhood. It feels secure because there are guards at the entrances who only allow residents in. The condo itself is well-equipped, with an amazing balcony and all the furniture and essentials you might need. There’s a large pool with a bar, a gym, another pool on the rooftop, and more. It’s also within short walking distance of 5th Avenue, the beach, shopping centers, and more, which makes the location even better. Xavier was a wonderful host—during our stay, we had a request, and he was there within just twenty minutes. He also kindly shared helpful information about nearby beach clubs and other amenities. Overall, I’ve visited Playacar with my family three times. I’ve stayed at high-end 5-star hotels, but I can confidently say that Xavier’s apartment offers everything a 5-star hotel does—and even more. Definitely recommended!

Súper recomendable, es excelente tanto el alojamiento, las instalaciones, como Vanesa que súper atenta, además la ubicación está cerca de todo! Volvería sin duda!
