Townhome vacation rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans l’appartement de Rachel avec mon mari et nos 2 enfants et tout était parfait, la propreté des lieux, les équipements, la literie, la communication sur place avec Christina, les petites attentions pour que chacun passe un excellent séjour. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence privée arborée avec une belle piscine où il fait bon vivre et discuter avec les voisins. Il y a un dépanneur ouvert 24/24 juste à côté, très pratique. De bons restaurants, bars et une épicerie sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds ! Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’espère que nous reviendrons bientôt :) merci pour tout !

So happy that we have found this place ! We stayed almost 6 weeks at this beautifull house. The 3 rooms are just nearly perfect honestly, even if nothing is. We cooked A LOT so the kitchen well equiped was a must for us ! At any moment we could rely on Manuel for anything from help to solving stuff with the house ! We were all alone for the full duration of our trip so it was very intimate and quiet. The pool and the place near the sea was our playground with the kids :) Know that there is a big contruction site next to the house. At start we were a bit scared for many reasons but mexican workers were not to loud during our stay. Keith is responsive and he made us feel like our well being was important for him !

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.

Marion was a wonderful host, very friendly and responsive. Home was nice and quiet. walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Security guys were also very nice.

This location is on a dead end street a few blocks from the 307. So it’s quiet, but easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants nearby. We didn’t end up using the bikes, but that’s a great perk to have in Tulum! In the evening, if you hear a bike horn, it’s likely a guy selling breakfast pastries from his bicycle -they are great!

We stayed in April 2025. The location is perfect - right in the center of the hotel zone. Lots to do around you including several malls, the marina/pier, and a couple of halal restaurants! The ferry port is about 25 minutes away if you want to visit Isla Mujeres. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was spacious and clean - kitchen appliances all appeared new as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt right as home! We would 100% return.

Nos encantó la casa !!! Ya cuenta con minisplit en habitaciones y sala. La alberca super bonita. Todo limpio, ordenado y con lo necesario. Si es necesario traer carro. Hay cerca Soriana, comidas, farmacia, Oxxo etc

What a phenomenal stay. Casey was so kind and responsive helping us navigate things (like rental cars) that had nothing to do with his place. The space is beautifully decorated and neatly kept. We loved the private pool (with beach towels provided), kitchen stocked with everything we could need (Tupperware to keep the delicious fruit fresh), A/C worked quickly and well (an oasis on a hot day), and the drinkable water was so appreciated (easily stayed hydrated). His PDF instructions and recommendations were so helpful when our phones were in and out of service around town. There’s a fantastic supermarket just down the street that had everything we needed, wanted, and forgot to pack. We felt completely safe and at home in the space - I loved the rooftop space for yoga (mats are in unit!) and it was peaceful and quiet compared to downtown. Simple access to cenotes, ruins, downtown, etc. We had amazing adventures and our friends were jealous of our setup! I can’t wait to come again!

Todo excelente, muy bien cuidado, buena ubicación, muy rápida respuesta. Dos recomendaciones: la descripción dice que la cama principal es King y es más chica. Y la otra es que entra mucha luz a los cuartos en la mañana, los black out les caerían de lujo. No por eso deja de ser un alojamiento de 5 estrellas Gracias por la atención

La verdad muy buena residencia en buena ubicación, estás cerca del centro y también muy cerca de la playa, está muy cómodo y muy tranquilo la locación

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Yucatán waren die drei Tage bei David und seiner wundervollen Frau wirklich etwas besonderes. Die Unterkunft war toll und super ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht, um sich wie im Paradies zu fühlen. Die Highlights sind definitiv der Garten mit Pool und Küche. All das wird nur noch durch David und seine Frau übertroffen. Die beiden sind super nett und sympathisch und haben uns mit allem geholfen, was wir brauchten. Als wir einmal krank waren, gab es sogar Tee mit Pfannkuchen für uns! Ein Highlight war auch der Ausflug zur nahegelegenen Lagune mit David als Reiseführer. Nochmals vielen Dank und bis bald ☺️🙌

El alojamiento de Gina es tal cuál en las fotos, es cómodo, tiene privacidad y cumple con todas las amenidades descritas, mis amigos y yo nos sentimos como en casa y disfrutamos mucho la alberca. La zona es muy tranquila, hay tienditas cerca. Gina nos dió instrucciones claras y siempre respondió rápido. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos en su alojamiento, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

This is a hidden pearl in Tulum! The pools paradise place with an amazing loft, super comfortable, luxury, fully equipped. The atmosphere of Siwa is really cool down and relaxing. We visited in family, with two young kids, and we loved every minute spent there! It’s a must book accommodation!

el lugar tiene excelente ubicación, es una pequeña cerrada así que no me preocupe x las noches por el auto arrendado, es cómodo,limpio y basta te cerca de todo, hay oxxos, restaurantes, supers, esta 25 min de la zona hotelera, fácil salida hacia playa del carmen o tulum, recomiendo ampliamente, la anfitriona Sandra muy atenta y amable.

Tolle Unterkunft, ausreichend Platz und sehr komfortabel. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und ständig erreichbar. Das einzige (kleine) negative am Aufenthalt waren die längeren Wartezeiten am Security Checkpoint. Dafür kann der Hauseigentümer aber nichts. 😉

Eduardo es muy atento, y siempre está al pendiente de las necesidades que se tienen como huésped, el alojamiento está en excelente estado.

I really enjoyed staying at Terry's Airbnb. The Slowmarket was a few minutes walk away. Longer walks took me through interesting neighborhoods. Walking to Santiago and the Merida English Library took about 22 minutes. The unit was very clean and well stocked. But I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows! I slept really well. All in all, I would highly recommend staying here!

Nuestra familia pasó una maravillosa semana en Casa Kiik, desde que abrimos la puerta, nos maravilló con su bello diseño de interiores y buen gusto. Cada rincón de la casa es placentero a la vista y tan cómoda para relajarse, que decir de la alberca, una delicia con el clima Meridience. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí, porque faltan los días para conocer todo lo hermoso del Estado.
