Guesthouse vacation rentals in Yucatán Peninsula

My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here and it was perfect! When we walked into the private entrance all 3 kids said “wow!” Our place was surrounded by jungle and a peaceful pool with waterfall. It was a perfect location, as we walked to Xplor park one day and xcaret the next day. Sara even offered and picked us up after a full late day at excaret, so we didn’t have to walk back in dark or get a taxi. Sara owns a cafe that is on the property. We ate delicious breakfast every morning, drinking coffee surrounded by beautiful scenery! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.!

Ileana met us on arrival, responded promptly and the house was just what we expected. Near good restaurants, and easy walking distance to strip. Always felt safe and it was quiet.

Loved my stay! I was traveling alone and felt very safe here, Diana and Crystal were welcoming and fantastic hostesses. They’re very friendly and provided great advice and instructions for the area. The room was lovely, nestled in the top of their trees as pictured with a great variety of birds that were fun and relaxing to watch. The room was as pictured, you may see a gecko or an ant but that’s to be expected in this location. Thank you very much Diana and Crystal for sharing your beautiful space!

Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

John a été un hôte très accueillant, serviable et de bons conseils. Malgré le fait que nous soyons arrivés juste après le passage d'un cyclone, il a pris le temps de nous accueillir, de nous informer et simplement de bavarder. Akumal Camp est un peu excentré et c'est un joli petit oasis dans la jungle mexicaine. Pensez à prendre de l'anti-moustiques, mais ça c'est une remarque valable pour une grande partie de la péninsule.

Flor es una maravillosa anfitriona. El lugar es increíble, todo el tiempo me sentí segura y como en casa. Está en muy buena zona del centro y me moví caminando a todos lados. Sin dudas volveré a hospedarme con Flor

En verdad quedé muy satisfecho con el lugar, tenía todo lo necesario para descansar, limpio, acomodado, la cocina completa, wifi, vegetación variada dentro del lugar, hay tiendas cercanas. Pero lo mejor el trato de Alejandrina, amable y atenta. Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin pensarlo.

I had a fantastic stay at Ana’s Casita, Casa Zotz. This is my first AirBnB and I was very impressed. Three days was not nearly enough! The kitchen, with its large window, made cooking a delight. While the cozy living room was inviting, I spent most of my time in the pool and the beach, which was just a short walk away. Hearing and seeing the ocean from my private patio was a highlight. Having a washer in the unit was a huge plus for me. Everything was so new and clean, and I had all the amenities I needed: a fully equipped kitchen, AC, TV, high-speed internet, and laundry facilities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. My dog Bella was also very happy. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and around the neighborhood. It was convenient to walk to a nearby store and the town was close enough for a few meals out. However, I often preferred staying at the Casita, as it felt like a perfect retreat. I have friends who live nearby, so I was able to spend quality

We spent a lovely and relaxing 2 nights in Tecoh. Susana was very helpful and provided clear arrival instructions as well as local reccomendations. The house is small but fine for 2 people and had everything you need, shampoo, cleaning materials, towels for the pool and for cenotes and so on. We also enjoyed using the bbq :-) The pool was huge and a great place to relax. We loved meeting Susana's dogs who were really friendly, but she asked beforehand if we were nervous about dogs and would have put them out of the way if necessary which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this air b n b and Susana was a really friendly and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The Airbnb itself is stunning and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast brought up every morning is delicious and healthy. Melisa and Nancy are great and communicative hosts. They even packed us a to go box on the day we drove to Chichen Itza. The bed is large and comfortable. Room is stunning. This is a much better location for Tulum compared to hotel zone. It is relaxing, private, and not packed with parties. The beach is amazing with soft sand. Seaweed is present no matter where you are in Tulum, but it is much less of an issue here than we saw it down in hotel zone. Also, there is a pier to walk right out into the ocean with no seaweed present. The access to the sea here was better than anywhere else on our trip. They also have kayaks, paddle boards, or even a Cenote nearby. The restaurant next door is also a must, with very friendly staff and live relaxing music on Thursdays. Highly recommended booking!

It’s tiny but perfect for just me, you get a whole patio where you can hang a hammock that is provided by the host, the bathroom itself passing the private patio, very cute and charming close to every thing. I loved it!

Such a special place! I had an amazing stay at Casa Darcy. The room is cozy and beautifully designed. Karina is a great manager and it’s so helpful to have Lazaro driving me around. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

The bungalows are just as described and incredibly well-constructed and clean (not always true in Belize!). Quiet, beautiful view and pool, and Joe was super helpful and friendly. I felt terrible when I took a fall and turned out to have a broken foot, and he was so gracious and drove us to the local clinic for x-rays and care. We were sorry to cut the trip short, but we will definitely return and feel like we made an amazing connection with Joe and Laura in what could become our retirement destination. We highly recommend this tranquil resort and thoughtful hosts.

My stay at Samantha's Place was one to remember. I enjoyed the view, the sea breeze and the environment. It was worth it.

Un espacio muy agradable , acogedor, y Adriana siempre estuvo dispuesta a ofrecernos una estancia especial. Vimos flamencos volando sobre el mar, y en la costa, cardúmenes de peces, muy temprano en la mañana. Así como atardeceres especiales.

Sin duda volvería! La casita era perfecta e impecable, contaba con todas las amenidades mencionadas en la descripción y mucho más. Tariq y William estuvieron siempre atentos a cualquier duda que tuviéramos y fueron muy amables. La casita era preciosa por dentro y por fuera. Vale la pena cada centavo ❤️

Estancia muy agradable y amena, la zona es muy tranquila así que puedes relajarte y disfrutar de la estancia como en casa. El lugar cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias y listas para usarse (cocina, baño, cuarto de lavado y piscina), así que no tienes que preocuparte por nada Cuenta con tiendas de conveniencia a tan solo media cuadra y es un lugar céntrico si deseas salir a explorar la ciudad. Paulette estuvo al pendiente durante nuestra llegada dándonos indicaciones extras para llegar con bien, tomamos uber y no hubo ningún problema. Volvería a éste lugar.
