Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yucatán Peninsula

Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

This house/villa was perfect for me and my family, we had such a great time in here. The villa is well located in a nice area in Cancun, restaurants and shops are only a 5 minutes walk from the house. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen full equipped, and the terrace with the bbq was the extra, very well designed and beautiful view. The host was very friendly and always helped us finding solutions Will stay here again in my next visit

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

It was a truly peaceful and beautiful place. I hadn’t have such a peaceful sleep for a long time hearing all the birds and the jungle. The place is loved and very well taken care of, very clean too. And the hosts and staff are just super nice you feel at home straight away. It is just a very special place and I hope to come back very soon!

Ari/Hector have been wonderful hosts! They checked on me and made sure I felt right at home. Their level of service is top-notch, so much that I wish all hosts were like them. They take really good care and of their guests! I loved the view from the apartment and I watch the sunset from the room almost everyday- it was just stunning! The place was comfortable and the top-to-bottom glass wall overlooking the pool makes it even more endearing. Would love to stay with you again in the near future! Thank you for the excellent service ❤️

My stay at Mina's place was fantastic. The house is amazing (although you don't have the whole house to yourself, just the rooms) and they take into account every detail, each room has a private bathroom and shower, TV, and amenities. The most unique element is that you have breakfast included every day and it is delicious! The pool is really big and the area is close to Pase Montejo, one of Merida's main roads. Also every day we got our bed made. I would say this is like a hotel experience but way more private ;) Cons I have are: Wi-Fi is terrible, you don't get signal at the rooms so if you plan to work remotely from there, I don't recommend it. Also, its not specified in the description but you share space with another house. During my stay the owner was not there so the place was all for ourselves. And lastly, you only have the rooms, you don't have a kitchen or a mini fridge or something to store food or drinks.

The property and overall peaceful environment brought immediate relaxation and peace of mind, Malonie and her staff have done incredible work on this place.

Amamos este lugar , Iván siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros , a cada detalle , las zonas comunes del edificio y el apto en general hermoso y muy cómodo , tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y más para pasar unas lindas y cómodas vacaciones y lo más importante sentirnos como en casa , más que recomendado , de fácil acceso , puedes llegar a todo lugar tranquilamente y está cerca de hermosos lugares.

Had a great stay here! The space is comfortable, clean, well equipped, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is excellent and makes it easy to see all of the sights in Campeche, and lots of great restaurants are nearby. It was easy to find street parking. Lastly, the host was kind and proactive with tips for making the most of our short stay. Highly recommended!

super fijne tijd gehad door de goede locatie, het vriendelijke personeel. Het verblijf is ruim en de douche is heerlijk. Goede straal en warm water (niet altijd het geval bij andere verblijven). ze bood uit zich zelf aan dat we laat mochten uitchecken, omdat onze boot pas in de middag vertrok. Ze dachten dus erg mee. Dikke aanrader als je het mij vraagt!

We had a very pleasant stay Everything is at walking distance but you can park your car in front of the door if you are by car. There's a playground nearby, which Malena informed us of, and several restaurants too. Below the apartment there's her brunch restaurant and it's really good!

We love this location and we’ve stayed here many times. Back to walk right out onto the beach and really done a good job cleaning up the seaweed although a lot of the beach has eroded now in this area and you don’t have as much space as you used to. It’s very central and easy to access and walk everywhere in Playa. We had trouble with the Internet in our rooms entire time but other than that the bed was comfortable the shower is good love having a little kitchen and the hammock is always a bonus.

La llegado fue fácil, me apoyaron informándome la forma en la que podía llegar al lugar y los medios que existen, así mismo , cuando llegué me dieron todas las instrucciones para la estancia de forma muy atenta y mostrando iniciativa los lugares turísticos que visitar así como los horarios y las recomendaciones, así mismo me apoyó mucho Leonidas con los tours , el desayuno desde las 7 de la mañana para poder hacer rendir el día

I’ve stayed in many B&B’s thru out MX and this is the first that I will give a 5 star rating. The owners have done an outstanding job of maintaining the property and their guests are top priority! The daily breakfast is healthy and wonderful! The heated pool is great for dips and laps with no heavy chlorine odor. The hot tub was not working heat wise during my stay (max temp got up to 92) but they were right on it contacting and waiting for their pool service vendor. The sheets, towels, soaps and even toilet paper were top notch. Their aim is always to please and excelled in doing so. Nearby restaurants within walking distance is very convenient. The main town drag is a 5 block walk. It’s a 7 minute ride to and from airport and taxi service easily obtainable. Good bikes are available at the property ($15 day) including a lock. You will hear minimal dog barking at nite but that is typical of Mexico unless you are in a hotel or resort. I look forward to my next visit!!

Great getaway. Low key comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant attached. Spacious bedroom and eat-in kitchen, with two balconies. Comfortable large bed, spacious closets with a safe. A quiet, interesting neighborhood full of locals & expats just across the street from entrance to a beautiful string of family-friendly beaches. A 20 min walk down Avenida 5 to all the noise & nightlife; 45 minute walk to ferry. Christian and his colleagues at the restaurant are lovely folks. Made us feel welcome and right at home.

Maria and Arturo were fantastic hosts! Some of the kindest people ever. Arturo even woke up and made us a super early breakfast at 5:30am before an early tour! Private room was spacious. Good bed. I was a lone to do a little bit of laundry. Everything was as expected. They went above and beyond. True Airbnb style where you get to know and communicate with your host!The house is right next to the road and since there is no AC, the windows stay open for air flow. So there is for sure some road noise at night. It did not bother us though, as the fan in the bedroom is loud and drains out most of the noise.

we loved staying here so much. the amenities are amazing. the people working, cooking, and cleaning are sweethearts and the grounds are a true dream. flowers and plants everywhere. the room we stayed in was super comfy and the included breakfast is SUPERB. we would stay here over and over again.

Great location! But the best part about this stay is the free breakfast. Such a wonderful morning scene to enjoy. I loved the rooftop pools and I highly recommend renting the scooters from across the street as soon as you arrive. They offer a great deal and you can enjoy so much of Cozumel. We waited until our last night to do it and it was my favorite. Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

very nice place, it was clean and the attention was very good, during breakfast I could talk with Francoise and she told me a little about Belize. I will definitely come back.

I rented one of the Tulum Treehouses for our 5 year wedding anniversary, as it was the year of wood. The treehouses are nestled away in the jungle, away from all the hustle and bustle. As you’re driving in, you’re wondering where you’ll end up, but as you get closer you begin to see the beautiful entrance to the treehouses. At night, it’s even more magical. The treehouses are eco-friendly and use solar panels for electricity. The solar panels supply you with electricity to the necessities such as light in the restroom and shower, electricity for the fans, and WiFi. There were mosquitos, but it’s the jungle so of course there would be, however the treehouses were always stocked with repellent and the staff always had foggers going in the bar area. A light breakfast was included, tasty I might add. I made dinner reservations through Luz on one occasion, although we kind of wished we would have had dinner there more often because it was so good! We can’t stop raving about the ceviche (Alan’s secret recipe). Another nice surprise was that there is a cenote escondido near by, very easy to find. Lastly, the staff was AMAZING! From Misael, to Luz, to Alan. We felt like they became a part of our family. Luz was great at providing us with suggestions of places to visit, she also went above and beyond at accommodating our special requests. We have found our little place in heaven.
