The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Both air conditioners work very well. The apartment complex is very safe and the front desk is very friendly. It's very close to the harbor plaza, so you can find Starbucks, ice cream and shops. Carolina and Octovia are very responsive and attentive.

Beautiful place. This is the 2nd time my wife and I stay at Karla's place. I stayed at both, Amanecer and Atardecer and I was happy to see some minor improvements from the last time. I would definitely recommend staying at Karla's. If I could suggest something that'll make it more enjoyable. The Jacuzzi! On both occasions the hot water does not work on them, making them useless. I think that if you're going to have it in the listing, it should be working. Other than that. It's a beautiful place, right on the water. Thank you so much...

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, everything went perfectly. The host was responsive, check-in was easy, and the place was perfect, both inside, and in terms of the location. Internet was also fast and reliable, which was very important to me. I arrived in Vallalodid anticipating only a one night stay and a busy schedule, but I liked the location and the room so much, I booked a second night. Excellent value for the price, and very conveniently located - no need for a taxi to get anywhere in town, only a few minute walk from the ADO station and collectivo drop point for longer adventures. I would give this a 6/5 if AirBnB allowed it. Book with confidence, this is an awesome place and the host is great. If I don’t be up in Valladolid again, I will definitely stay here!

The apartment is beautiful, cozy and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. What really stands out is the hospitality of Andrea, the host. Her kindness and attention were outstanding; always available and attentive to any need. Her willingness to help and quick response made me feel supported and welcome. The combination of a beautiful and comfortable space with Andrea's personalized attention makes me recommend it without hesitation.

The place is very nice, full of vegetation, you feel at home. Mrs. Alejandrina was very kind, she gave us recommendations on what and where to eat since we had limited time, she told us about the activities that would take place in the village. We would definitely stay in this place again.

Ignacio is a super host , pending and kind, resolving doubts and being very attentive to any requested specification. The apartment is undoubtedly a great place to live with, with all the amenities and equipment working perfectly. They even have details such as chairs and beach umbrella, lots of towels for all use . Regarding the complex, I think that the common space and pool are somewhat small especially if all the dptos are occupied at the same time, or if there are small ones in the family it could be complicated that everyone lives in the same space. The rooftop is beautiful and very complete for meeting, table chairs, hammocks, swings and so on in super nice conditions. Just as an extra, the bathrooms were not as clean or I don't know how often they were cleaned, but I couldn't occupy them the night I decided to meet on the terrace. Those common areas are not the responsibility of Ignacio, if so they would have been perfect, safe

An excellent stay! Very comfortable, quiet, very cool and clean rooms and bathrooms. I recommend this stay, everything is close to supermarkets, shops oxxos, pharmacies, coppel, etc. Gabriela was always attentive to messages and attentive to answer questions. Without hesitation we would stay again in this stay.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY, I REALLY LIKED IT, VERY NICE, THE AREA IS SUPER CENTRAL, LITERALLY NEXT TO THE PASEO MONTEJO, I RECOMMEND IT, THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO CONSIDER IS THAT IT IS ON A SECOND FLOOR, I HAD INJURED MY ANKLE AND I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO CLIMB THE STAIRS, BUT IN RELATION TO THE PLACE IT'S EXCELLENT.

Everything was fine, we had details with the air in the main bedroom and it was partially resolved. I would only recommend changing linens. Another thing that touched us is a lot of noise from the windows, it was too airy and they sounded a lot, but I think it was something particular from the days we were. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable.
