It is conveniently located, there is a shop, brewery and local restaurants very close by. Also there was a person who supported me to take me food. It is also very close to the Playa Club called Komunah and I loved that because I was easily able to come and go back. I would only recommend that in the shower they put a larger ledge to put the shampoo, soap and other personal hygiene products. The place is very nice for photos. Thanks :)

The apartment is very clean, despite the intense heat the air conditioning works wonderfully so you can sleep very well, only the pillows are a little hard for my taste. the location is great, a few minutes from the beach, if you bring a car you can leave it on the property. you can bring something to cook inside, it has a super large refrigerator. Plenty of space, we made the most of everything, thank you very much, of course we will be back.

We highly recommend Aldo's house! Very quiet place, the house is really good. And the pool is a plus! We stayed here for 40 days! Highly recommended!

Nice stay at home with spacious spaces and at the foot of the beach, a very quiet and comfortable place to spend with family (plus pet Friendly).

We had a magical week in the ocean front beach house! The house was beautiful, spacious with lots of privacy and lovely spaces to hang out. We spent many hours at the beach swimming and birdwatching and enjoying the sand. The outdoors were mostly free of mosquitos expect the early evening and early mornings, so we were able to eat outside and enjoy the pool as well. The recommendations for Pamela for cooking and Rolando for the tours I think is a must. We spoke to them in our bad spanish with help via google translate which was sometimes difficult but so worth it. Pamela's cooking is superb and the tours we took with Rolando (Boat/Kayak trip to Ojo de Agua & Flamingo tour) were exquisite, memorable and must-dos. The roads to and from Sisal is tricky and if you're renting a car it does feel a bit like off-roading. We got one flat tire while we were there (there is a guy in Sisal who fixes flats). Mario & Patrick were very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

It is a very comfortable and pleasant spacious house with all the fans and air conditioning working very well, in a very safe and quiet place near Progreso, Mayab University and the golf course, I definitely recommend it for a relaxing vacation

It is a quiet, cozy and very clean place. It has a good view from the master bedroom and balcony. It's also pet-friendly :)

Jill and Martin are an excellent hosts. The place is clean and comfortable, and Jill was always readily available to answer any questions I had about the area, or even order Uber for me to get around when I initially arrived because I had phone issues. This is a quiet place and ideal for someone who wants to walk on the beach and take a swim, especially early in the mornings, which I did quite often. Nothing is perfect, so my only recommendations are: this is a quiet town if you need the experience of a busy downtown you will need to take an Uber or Taxi to go to either Progresso or Merida Centro for a more lively nightlife. Also, it gets hot near the beach towns in this area, so to enhance your experience I would consult with the host on the AC usage time frame( if there is any). I enjoyed Jill, Martin, and a couple of other guests that were staying there during my visit...These are super friendly people to hang with by the pool while having a couple of cervezas!

Excellent apartment!!! It is very nice, superbly located and above all very clean and tidy. We felt right at home, it has a beautiful view and the place is very quiet. Veronica was always attentive to our stay and gave us very clear instructions and good recommendations for places. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Merida =)

A very good option for family stays, each room has its own bathroom, the pool is a good size, the private dock was our favorite part. We took a board and went through the mangrove.
