Excellent stay!

First stay at Ricardo's and hopefully not the last! Host responded within minutes when I contacted him, apartment was spacious with comfortable beds and sofa, and space very clean and well-equipped. Speedy and reliable internet, working ACs, air purifier and fan, all there. Walking paths, evening trips to La Isla Mall with its restaurants and shopping, and the ride-train for kids, just lovely and calming! We enjoyed the gym with its weights and cardio equipment, including spin bikes and using the clean pool. Balcony situated where we watched sunrise and sunset each day with the warm breeze! Laundry room was clean. Safety assured by staff. Building accessible and one of us used her walker without any difficulty anywhere in building and the grounds. Cool mornings, hot afternoons and cool evenings, just a perfect stay!

Very good option, it is only a few steps from liverpool, restaurants, the area is incredible and it is quiet. The pool in the complex is very good, as well as the amenities that it has. The apartment is perfect and comfortable. Definitely back!. Thank you very much Ana for being aware of us.

Great location, comfortable home, and very responsive host! We stayed for a month with our toddler and it was a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved every second, the sunrises are miracles. Super attentive reception from Mr. Óscar, friendly and helpful . We couldn't have expected a better host. Pasamos excelente momento, bien location. 13 minutes from Plaza La Isla walk, 8 minutes by vehicle from City Center and City 32, 28 minutes from Progreso, restaurants (the gastronomic options of the city are great), gas stations, pharmacies⛽️, dry cleaners, surrounded by everything you need. We highly recommend it 💝certainly has many attractions. and We will be back⭐️!

Beautiful apartment We always stay in Merida in a building that is in front of Cabo Norte, which begins with “A” and ends with “mant” and the reality is that the amenities of this apartment far exceed the previous one. Diana is a GREAT host, always present and very helpful. I would only recommend improving the apartment's decoration. It's not bad at all, but it could be better.

Ana was a great host and always communicated when I needed help! Her place was very easy to find and decorated so beautifully. We will definitely be back soon!

Excellent location and exclusive area for walking and visiting the most important mall in Merida. But the highlight is the constant, attentive, kind and helpful presence of Genesis, our host. This presence is very important when you rent and she is extraordinary in service. Excellent place!

The home was incredible. We stay in many locations in Merida, and this is our favorite. The pictures did not do justice to what the house had. Scale of 1 to 10, this hits a 9.5

We had a party of 6 the casitas were perfect! The art and lighting makes this place feel like you’re sleeping in an art gallery that’s not only beautiful but approachable… which I loved!! Every thing we needed was close by restaurant, fruit carts and the soccer field being across the street it was perfect to immerse yourself in the local activities! This home is gorgeous, the communication extremely responsive, the only thing I would say to be aware of is the main kitchen is outdoors so if you plan to cook bring bug spray (which they do supply as well). Pool was cold but we finally got in on one of the hotter days and it was divine. So thank you to the management team and Daniel for making my bday trip one to remember!
