A rustic house with all the amenities.

Rustic style house, in the back of the main house, surrounded by nature (you can come across iguanas, zarihueyas, fireflies, etc.), large trees, quiet area, 1.7 km from the Yucatan International Congress Center. The house has large windows with mosquito nets. We're a pet-friendly family. In the main house we have 3 cats, which do not enter the house where you will be staying. You can enjoy the pool and barbecue area.

Upstairs with separate outside entry, this Studio Efficiency is perfect for one, two, or three persons or a couple with two small children. It's light, airy & very private. Full bath, kitchenette, A/C, WiFi, roof patio, & lovely views of trees in all directions. My property is on the southeast edge of town in a country setting. It's a walk to center - 8 or 9 long blocks - but there are inexpensive taxis available.
